Just 500 meters from the beach, this exclusive and newly renovated holiday home sits on a large, beautiful, and private natural plot with its own forest. The house is built in classic Nordic architecture, bright, inviting, and elegant, featuring spacious rooms, quality materials, and clean lines. The interiors are decorated in light and warm tones, with vaulted ceilings in all rooms, creating a unique sense of space, abundant daylight, and an airy atmosphere throughout the home.
The house was fully renovated in January 2026, respecting the original cozy holiday home style while offering modern comfort and high standards. The new kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a new fridge/freezer, and an induction stove, and opens onto the large living room. The kitchen/dining area serves as the natural gathering point, ideal for cooking together, enjoying meals, and relaxing.
Around the house, there is a large, newly built wooden terrace of approximately 200 m², where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The terrace connects the main house and annex, providing easy access between buildings and perfect conditions for outdoor living, grilling, and relaxation in private surroundings.
The main house is spacious and well-designed with a large kitchen/dining area, three bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, and access to a fully renovated and insulated annex.
Annex: Fully renovated and insulated, the annex features a cozy kitchenette for making coffee or tea and a new, inviting outdoor shower. It contains two double beds, ideal for guests, larger families, or two families traveling together.
The main house bathroom is elegant and modern with underfloor heating and a luxury shower with a wide showerhead. Additionally, there is a private outdoor shower on the north side of the house with both hot and cold water – perfect for evening showers under the stars.
The house accommodates up to 10 guests with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms with brand-new double beds. Ten new duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are available, but guests are recommended to bring their own if possible.
Electricity is charged separately at DKK 3.50 per kWh. Meter readings are taken on arrival and departure, and the cost is settled via Airbnb. Water is included.
Cleaning can be arranged on request.
A new Weber 3200 gas grill is available on the terrace.
EV charging is possible in the driveway at standard kWh rates.
Everything in the house is available for use, except a small locked cabinet for private belongings.
We live in Frederiksberg and are available for practical help, tips, and information before and during your stay.
When the stay is due, electricity will be settled during the rental period. 3 KwH = 1.25 dollars
