Brand new fully stocked large kitchen with quartz countertops, new stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Living room has 49" smart flatscreen LED TV. Internet, and cable. Separate dining room that seats 6 and a private deck. Master bedroom has a new high end comfortable queen mattress, his and her closets, and a LED TV. The den is a bunk room with barn door which is good for young children. It contains new bunks, a dresser, and a smart LED TV (bring game console). The bathroom is fairly large and inviting and has tub, toilet, vanity with quartz, and tile. The condo is almost 800sq/ft. You will be supplied with a ski locker and underground parking. It is a short walk to the slopes and is in the heart of the village. Key card-operated laundry in the building.

A refundable $300 deposit is due at time of booking.

Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking in or on deck.

No long term rentals only nightly rates

Standard one time cleaning fee of $200 on all bookings

Check out is 10am

Children of all ages are allowed however there is a minimum age for adults of 25
Quiet time is 10pm to 8 am
This is not a party condo as the building is very family orientated
Big White is a 45-60 minute drive from Kelowna
