Make unforgettable memories of Shasta Lake by staying in an unforgettable lake house!
One of the few new "Lakefront" houses on California's largest lake, you will enjoy clear views of the lake's Sacramento Arm from both the house and the deck. Enjoy convenient access to 2 boat ramps and Sugarloaf Marina (floating store and gas station). Antler's marina and boat rental is about 15 minutes from the house.
This home has easy access and parking for up to 4 cars or boats. The spacious 2 story home has room for everyone and is equipped for families. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen complete with granite counters, Viking stove and double oven to cook for those large groups. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (including the master with an en-suite bathroom) and 2 bedrooms and loft area upstairs. Besides the luxury bathroom attached to the master suite, there is a bathroom both downstairs and upstairs with easy access for everyone.
This is not simply a "rental house" - this is a family home. We treat it as such and when you arrive, you will see the difference. The cabinets are stocked with nice dishes (not mismatched left-overs). The beds are comfortable, high quality beds. You will enjoy all the creature comforts that we want to enjoy when we stay there as well - Wireless Internet Access, Comfortable Temperature Control, etc...

Great Stay

Property was very clean and the description was accurate. Great location. We were there in late July and the lake was a little bit of a walk from the house, which is to be expected this time of year. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to others!

Great house for families - multiple stays

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at this home. It is perfect for our family. It comes fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. I’m sure we will be booking again next year!

Lakefront Perfection

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our large family to be able to enjoy the lake and be close to the Sugarloaf Marina. I love Shasta and this will be the only place we stay when we vacation here!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at Marc and Tammy's home. The home is fantastic, the view was great and with the lake level up we walked right from the home to the water. The location was walking distance to the Sugarloaf Marina as well. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Marc and Tammy!

Amazing family lake vacation

We had our family and extended family with us. With a large range of ages, and there was something for everyone to do. The house is beautiful and clean with all cooking utensils and amenities you could want at the lake. We were able to keep our boats close And the paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition. Great summer get-away

This is a large and beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Shasta. The house is very clean and is described well in VRBO. It's definitely a 5 star accommodation. I knocked the check-in process down one start since the front door lock was stuck and it took a while for us to get into the house the first time. It's been fixed.

Lake House

The location was perfect for boating. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family of eight. It was spacious enough so we didn't feel crowded. We enjoyed spending time together on the large patio in the mornings and evenings. Seeing deer while having coffee in the morning was a bonus. Marc was quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this house. It will not disappoint. Thank you, Marc, for sharing your lovely home.

Great spot on the lake!

Very clean home with plenty of food storage (3 refrigerators)! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The deck offers more space to enjoy a meal, bbq, and conversation. Top notch amenities with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The lake was about 30 feet down, so we anchored our boats near the marina. However, if the lake was full, we would have immediate access directly from the backyard. We have camped and houseboated on this lake a few times, but are now spoiled by this trip to definitely return in the future. Thank you to our gracious hosts!

We keep coming back year after year

We’ve stayed at this home multiple times over the years and it continues to be a favorite for our family. The location truly can’t be beat—just steps from the lake, and if you’re keeping a boat at Sugarloaf like we did, it’s an easy walk or a very short drive.The house itself is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a large group. There’s tons of room to spread out and relax, and the air conditioning keeps everything cool even on hot summer days.One of our favorite things is the well-stocked kitchen—it has everything you could need to cook and dine in, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The house also has Starlink internet, which is a nice perk since there’s no cell service in the area (something to keep in mind if you're relying on mobile data).It was pretty clean during our stay—clean enough for us—but it may not meet the expectations of guests who are particularly picky about spotless conditions. Still, it’s been consistent enough over the years that we’re happy to keep returning.We love this home and will absolutely continue to come back year after year. It’s the perfect base for enjoying the lake, spending time with family, and making summer memories.

Unforgettable lake views, fully updated, large home that easily houses 11 adults.

The entire family thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful house. The entire, lake facing, wall is windows with breathtaking lake views. Power window shades made it easy to block the sun in the morning. We used the full deck daily. It's a very short, level walk to the lake shore. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost for the week as it was comparable to other houses we stayed in that paled in comparison. We tied our boat at the shore behind the house and had no problems at all with it. We'd highly recommend this house to a family looking to enjoy some lake time together.

Our friends and family have enjoyed our home in the past and now it is open for the first time to you. We hope that you fall in love with the area just as we have.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Having both been raised as children boating and vacationing on Shasta Lake, we knew that we wanted to have our own place to go when the time was right. When our 1st house burnt down, it provided us the opportunity to design this home to our personal taste. We love this house and hope that everyone who visits treasures it as well.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This house has one of the best locations available on Shasta Lake. It is right next to the water, as close as you can get (depending on water levels of course). It is very private and quiet, giving visitors the peace that many of them are looking for. However, it is still very easy to get to, easy to park boats/trailer at and has very quick access to boat ramps. Whats more, it is close to dirt trails for motorcycle riding, near I-5 for quick access to Redding, CA and has convenient store access less than 2 miles away. Having been all around Shasta Lake, I can tell you that you will not beat this location.
