RMR: Cinquefoil 1614 Condo in The Aspens/Wilson,WY

Cinquefoil 1614 is a great property to enjoy with the whole family or friends. Walk in from the attached carport to the main living level which features a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area that seats 6. Step down into the living area and relax in front of the stone fireplace or watch some TV. From the living room, you step out to a beautiful deck with an Electric Grill, mountain views and outdoor dining space in summer.

Upstairs you'll find the king master bedroom suite with an ensuite bath. The second bedroom, up a few more steps, offers 2 twin beds. There is a full bath in the hall. Both bedrooms have their own TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional 2 people. The main floor offers a half bath and laundry, as well.

In the summer, you can enjoy A/C in this unit through use of a portable air conditioning unit upstairs.

1 Carport parking space is available. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo.

**Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours.

**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
