This cozy Gros Ventre condo offers a great, convenient location at a moderate price! This one bedroom condo is located on the middle floor of the North Gros Ventre building. A large living room with a flat screen TV as well as a small dining area with seating for 4 greet you upon entering the property. Please note that due to HOA regulations, the wood burning fireplace can't be used. The large living room is a great place to congregate and tell stories from their day on the slopes or plan an adventure in one of the National Parks. The living room also features a sofa that sleeps 1 as is, or 2 when converted with pull up trundle section raised. The fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances provides the ideal space for cooking up culinary masterpieces or simply heating up leftovers from one of the fabulous restaurants located just a short walk away. The bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath in the hallway accommodates all guests.This condo is the ideal spot for two looking for clean, comfortable accommodations in an unbeatable location at a moderate price. This single level unit is on the second floor of a 3 level building w/ 1/2 flight of stairs to entry. A coin-operated laundry room is located on the premises, in the basement of the neighboring B building.

Guests will enjoy access to the Sundance Swim and Tennis Club, open peak dates for Summer and Winter, closed Spring and Fall. This property does not have a deck space, but there is a shared bbq area at the Sundance club for guest use. Winter guests will also have complimentary access to the skier shuttle to the base of the resort 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily during ski season.

Parking: 1 vehicle is permitted for this unit. Please plan accordingly. In the Teton Village public parking lots at the base, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees may apply.

In addition to new terrain “The Village,” as it is affectionately known, plays host to a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars guaranteed to meet the needs of all visitors. The appeal of this fantastic location doesn't end when the snow stops falling. As the angle of the sun increases and the temperatures warm skis are swapped for mountain bikes and the lifts still provide access to the same incredible terrain. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horse-back ride amongst the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
