The house is located inside a large property: "The hundred oaks" which extends for 20 hectares, is located close to the suggestive mountains of southern Sardinia and immersed in a luxuriant vegetation of holm oak, cork oaks, carob trees, olive groves and scrub Mediterranean.
The complex inside the property consists of the houses: Lentischi, Fillirea, Eucalipti and Palma and is surrounded by the lawn and a well-kept garden.
Relaxing and enjoying the complete tranquility of the surrounding countryside and cooling off during the heat of the day in one of the two large swimming pools is the perfect answer for anyone who wants to escape the stress of everyday life.
The property is located 2 km in the countryside of Villa San Pietro, the nearest town, with shops and restaurants.
At 3 km the most populous Pula with its outdoor bars, restaurants and craft shops comes alive after dark with live shows in the town square almost every weekend. It also houses the archaeological site of Nora and its precious beach.
Continuing on the coast we can then visit the other most famous beaches (Chia, Tuerredda, etc.)
