Our large house offers flexible accommodation for large groups of friends or some families wishing to spend their holidays together while having their own privacy.
The house consists of a single building but is divided into three apartments, each with its own private entrance.
The large verandas on the ground floor allow guests to eat all together and outdoors, can use the BBQ and relax thanks to the equipment and supplies from outside, prepare lunch or dinner in the kitchens of the three apartments, two of which are ground floor.
The largest apartment can accommodate 8 people, in 4 double / twin rooms, is on two floors, accessed by verandas on the garden and has a bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a large kitchen on the ground floor. going up to the first floor has three double / twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The second apartment, also equipped with a bathroom for the disabled, is accessed from the veranda overlooking the garden, consists of a large kitchen, living area with armchairs and sofas, two bedrooms one of which double with private bathroom with shower, the other with two beds single and disabled bathroom.
The third apartment is accessed by stairs on the back of the building giving access to a terrace with stunning views of the mountains, Alpi Apuane; from the terrace you can access the very airy apartment with a beamed ceiling, well-equipped kitchen and living room, two double / twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower; from the living area there is a spiral staircase to the mezzanine that allows to accommodate two people in case the group of friends widens.
All apartments are well stocked with crockery, small kitchen appliances such as kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric hob; We provide table, bath and bed linen, there is a shared washing machine available for longer stays.
The pool is not located in the private garden of this large house, but is located 100 meters away, in our property, in the oldest part of our farm, where we live and where there is another small apartment that can accommodate from 4 to 6 people.
In the enclosed garden is then our magnificent swimming pool, 15 meters by 6, heated, open from May to September; the guests of the Farmhouse have available a bathroom with shower in the immediate vicinity of the pool, there are sunbeds, umbrellas, deck chairs, for the smaller swings and slide, for the grandest a ping pong table.
In the "old" part of the Farmhouse there is a farmhouse with a large shaded courtyard where if you want you can participate in tastings rigorously prepared with local products by Carlo, producer of extra virgin olive oil, and assisted in all this by Silvia, will give you excellent advice on where to go and what to visit, and daughters Delfina and Elettra Pozzoni. Carlo offers his experience and his passion for cooking by organizing on request cooking classes for the preparation of pasta, focaccia and pizza that will then be cooked in the old wood oven and eat together in joy.
