Eras de Pantrillar Rural House is located in the town of Ciruelas, 40 minutes from Madrid and 9 minutes from Guadalajara.

It is characterized for being a house with flavor to town.

It stands on an ancient era whose activity was threshing, hence its name.
Due to its proximity to the wineries it is located in a very rustic area and stands between the ruins of these.

Being located at the top of the town is the guardian of the valley and in turn offers authentic bird's eye views.

The house consists of lower and first floor:
- In the lower part there is a room adapted for handicaps, a game room with a bar furniture, a reading corner and a living room with a plasma TV with Freeview and DVD. A small desk welcomes us to the hall and finally a toilet and a kitchen with furniture to take us to the dining room, always prepared with a table for 12 people.
- In the upper part we find three rooms, each with living room. In addition, an interior terrace serves as a lookout point, from where we can see towns with a strong historical load in the distance.
- The house also has a porch and a garden, decorated with volcanic stones, which leads to an outside terrace.

The house is a new creation, but it has respected the oldest constructions by taking materials from the earth itself: roof tiles, plaster mixed with straw and clay, rustic brick and terracotta floors.

The house offers much privacy in turn very quiet, the ideal place to forget the worldly noise and get lost in the silence of nature.
