Guests benefit from a range of shared amenities that enhance the overall stay, including a seasonal outdoor swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m with a depth of 185 cm, available from 01 June to 30 October, located on the ground floor of the adjacent building and accessible directly from the underground parking area. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access keeps you connected throughout your stay, while the parking facility, though offering a limited number of spaces, provides a practical solution for guests travelling by car. Tennis courts are available just 500 m from the property, making it easy to enjoy an active holiday without venturing far.

This main living area opens directly onto the terrace, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. The large kitchen is equally well-appointed and also provides direct access to the terrace, making it ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining. On the lower level, 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width, along with a television in each room. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of 90 cm each. The 2 bathrooms serve the property thoughtfully, with one featuring a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other offering a shower and WC. The property also benefits from a magnificent large terrace of 84 m2 and a private garden of 120 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and 3 deck chairs, all enjoying a very beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
