House Terms & Conditions:
Smoking is only allowed outdoors in the garden. -The house is prepared for 8-11 persons, considering that from the ninth person onwards there will be a cost of €150 per person/night.
-All rooms are provided with jacuzzi tub: Please do not open the jacuzzi bathtub until the water completely covers the jet nozzles (this is particularly important!). EVENTS: -No events of any kind are allowed. -Visitors are not allowed
PETS: -We allow 1 dog or cat to a 10Kg maximum, with an extra cost of 50€/night. CLEANING: -We provide daily cleaning on the working days, between 8:00am and 4:00pm. -We do not provide cleaning on Saturdays, Sundays and Portuguese public holidays.
TRASH: -Must be collected daily and separated by type in the recycling bins in the kitchen. The trash should be transported by Guests daily, to the public containers located outside, 100 meters from the house.
KITCHEN CLEANING: -Kitchen cleaning and dishwashing should be done daily by Guests. Our staff will remove the dishes from the dishwasher and return them to their respective cabinets. -If a guest requires our staff to wash the dishes and take out the trash, this will incur on a extra daily cost. -Sheets changed every 5 days.
LAUNDRY: -Our housekeeper will take care of your clothes. So, laundry cannot be used directly by Guests. Wash and Iron is free if it doesn't exceed 30 pieces per stay, and is subject to a extra cost if it exceed the 30 pieces.
BBQ AREA: Guests have acess to a charcoal barbecue. We do not provide Charcoal. Whenver used, the BBQ must be cleaned and kept in the exact condition in which it is found.
SAFETY & SECURITY: -This house has the Clean & Safe certificate from Portuguese Tourism authorities. This means that we follow a strict protocol of Cleaning and security, according with the new worldwide public health concerns. PING PONG TABLE: -After using the ping-pong table, which is in the garden, please close it again and cover it so that it does not get caught in the irrigation water during the night. MEALS: -Please do not use the table in the living room for meals. Please use the kitchen table or one of the 6 tables existent outdoors. POOL: -The heated pool will be open between April and October. Between November and March, the heated will be switch off. If a Guest requires the pool heated between November and March it will have an extra cost of 150€, for each 3 days. - Each Guest per room has one towel per stay, to use at the pool. - Pool measurements - 10x5m (1,5 depth).
