View of the Loire and château, charming air-conditioned apartment, 65m2, sleeps 6/8

Merci beaucoup pour ce très gentil message, à mon tour de vous remercier pour m'avoir laissé l'appartement dans un état impeccable. Au plaisir de vous recevoir de nouveau<; Jacky

It was very pleasant to welcome you, looking forward to seeing you again. Jackie

Thank you for this very kind comment, I appreciated(estimated) a lot the sympathy of you all. I strongly recommend you with other one tenants.

Very pleasant memories of you and your family, as far as the spiders are concerned, in the hot and stormy season, they are unfortunately mischievous because the fact that the flat is opposite the Loire, it attracts small midges and the spiders capture them along the facades of the houses.

I had the pleasure to welcome this very pleasant family which left me the apartment in a very good state. I recommend them with all other tenants.

Hello, I don't understand your comment about the bedroom window. The two windows facing the street have curtains and shutters that block out all light. Also, like any town centre flat, where you have the advantage of all the shops and sites to visit without taking your car, you do have the noise of the town. Perhaps you should have rented in the countryside. Jacky

In response to your comments, the WC is mentioned in the description, and it is not in a cupboard but in a tiled room where there is also a hot water tank. I have removed the tumble dryer which was causing a lot of problems due to misuse by the various guests. It's true that the second radiator in the second bathroom needs replacing, which I scheduled for the end of the summer, thinking that there was no urgency during the hot season. Wishing you a very good summer. Best wishes. Jacky Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Jacky

it is well mentioned in the description that the flat is on the 2nd floor without a lift, as far as the toilets are concerned, you are the first to reproach me that they are too small... Regarding the terrace, there used to be a bar terrace, this one was sold to make a chocolate shop but unfortunately the covide delayed the works for 2 or 3 years and also a new terrace. I am sorry that my rental did not meet all your expectations. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
