Primo Sole is a modern, one bedroom Umbria holiday apartment set within a large stone cottage which has been tastefully restored. Guests have use of a communal swimming pool which is shared with the other four apartments on site. This Umbria holiday apartment accommodates up to four people but it could be rented with the others to accommodate up to 19 guests in total.

The Space:
The outside space is shared with four other one or two bedroom apartments.

The grounds are well kept and are a nice place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Surrounded by flat open fields, most of the gardens are laid with lawns dotted with mature shrubs and plants. Each apartment has a private terrace furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Sun loungers are also provided by the pool. For al fresco dining at its best, there is a traditional wood fired oven and BBQ.

Inside, this Umbria holiday apartment comprises a double bedroom as well as a living room with satellite LED TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is modern with state of the art appliances including microwave, dishwasher, 4 ring gas hob, oven, fridge and freezer. There is also a bathroom with shower.

Overall, this Umbria holiday apartment has a modern, contemporary feel but the owners have taken care to retain many original features during the restoration and renovation process. This includes incredibly beautiful wooden ceilings and stone walls. Both give the apartment real character and charm.

On a practical level, there is a communal laundry room with both washing machine and dryer.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and a private terrace as well as sharing use of the pool and gardens with the residents in the other 4 apartments within the building.

This Umbria holiday apartment is located near the lively town of Foligno in the wonderful Umbrian countryside. The location is perfect for visiting every corner of Umbria including Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio. Some of the major towns and cities in Tuscany and even Le Marche are also accessible from the property such as Siena, Arezzo and Ancona.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended. Bikes can be hired locally.
