Vacation home magnificent sea and city view

Casa Margherita is located in the green Ligurian countryside surrounded by ancient olive trees just 5 minutes drive from the city and the sea.
Sitting in the cool patio you can enjoy a 270 degree view of the Gulf of Imperia up to the Ligurian Maritime Alps.
Equipped with all the appliances (including the dishwasher) it is ideal for relaxing holidays and in contact with nature.
The garden is completely fenced and for the exclusive use of guests.
Inside you can find a beautiful pergola to eat al fresco enjoying the magnificent panorama, a relaxation area with deck chairs, umbrella and outdoor shower and a nice lounge to sip aperitifs watching the sunset over the sea and the first lights of the city that come on.
The house is on 2 levels.
On the ground floor we find the kitchen that overlooks the patio to eat in complete relaxation, the living room with 2 comfortable sofas (one of which is a bed) a table and the old sideboard of the grandmother.
Attached to the living room there is a bathroom (with shower) and a washing machine.
Going up the stairs you reach the second floor where we find the bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a French window overlooking the terrace overlooking the whole garden, the surrounding countryside and from which you can enjoy a magnificent sea view.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be joined in a double bed as seen in the photographs) and overlooks a cool and secret shady garden full of aromatic herbs.
To complete the plan there is the second bathroom with bathtub.
Casa Margherita is ideal for couples and families who want to spend relaxing holidays in contact with nature but remaining very close to the beautiful Ligurian Sea. In fact it is located in a strategic position because in 5 minutes you can reach the beaches of Imperia Oneglia and in 10 minutes (going down the other side of the hill) you can reach the sandy beaches of Diano Marina.

NOTE:
The last 600 meters of road to reach the house have many curves and in some sections reach a gradient of 20%

Fantastic view and very nice host

Property is very well located no far from Imperia center. We enjoyed the fantastic view to Imperia and the harbor. House gad all we needed. In summer it can be very hot in tge region. We enjoined that on the property are different places to stay. Do with moving sun you always find a place in the shadow. Drive way up to the property is steep but drivable also with bigger car. Recommend to preview with map street view

2 weeks wasn't enough

Everything was exactly as the listing describes. The views and the kitchen drew us to this listing, what we found in real life was so much better in person. First, we met Alessandro who met us in person and introduced us to the place and how it works. That was very helpful. He gave us very good recommendations, all of which were excellent! He is responsive and kind and gave us a very good start! Everything was clean and well equipped for cooking and spending a lot of time "at home". I enjoyed cooking, reading, yoga and even doing laundry with a gorgeous view of the sea! This was a working vacation and the internet speeds were very good. The only improvement in that regard would be a desk or work table, but we were able to set something up upstairs that functioned well. This setup allowed one of us to work in a private room without being disturbed. Extra points for the visits from Gigi, the local kitty. She is very sweet!! The road up to the house is an adventure, but no problem at all for our medium-sized auto. Cycling from the house, a challenge for my cyclist partner, which he enjoyed, but I took my bike to town in the car and rode along the coast - that worked well for us both. We highly recommend a stay here and have Casa Margherita high on our list to return! Thank you for everything Alessandro!!

Wir haben uns nicht umsonst auf den Aufenthalt gewöhnt ! Alessandro war super nett, wir konnten sogar ein bisschen früher ins Haus. Das Haus war sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben! Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und der Duft von Jasmin einfach herrlich …Die Auffahrt war wie beschrieben wirklich spektakulär und für unseren V-Klasse Bus eine Herausforderung aber es hat gut geklappt! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die ganzen Tips und die herzliche Art von Alessandro! Bis zum nächsten Mal

Das Haus ist sehr schön, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auto von Vorteil ( Restaurants, Einkaufen etc ...sehr steiler Anstieg, dafür wunderbarer Ausblick und erholsame Ruhe. Schöne Routen zum Biken ....gute Fitness oder ebike nötig ...Der Verwalter Alessandro war super nett und immer mit Rat und Tat verfügbar. Mille Grazie Alessandro ....gerne wieder

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben sehr schön, es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, draußen haben uns besonders die Plastiksessel gefallen (sind auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen), die waren sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Alessandro hat uns sehr gut betreut. Wann immer wir eine Frage hatten, haben wir spätestens nach maximal 2 Stunden eine Antwort per whatsapp gehabt. Einmal war die Heizung ausgefallen, da ging es alles noch viel schneller. Wir haben uns von ihm sehr gut betreut gefühlt, er ist ein sehr freundlicher Mann. Wie hier jemand meckern kann ist uns ein völliges Rätsel. Was bis jetzt nie erwähnt wurde, die Wände zum Nachbarhaus sind sehr dünn. Allerdings hat uns das nicht gestört, die Familie, die dort wohnt, war nur morgens und abends kurz da, ansonsten war es sehr ruhig. Die schon oft beschriebene Auffahrt war für uns allerdings ein kleines Problem. Wir fahren ein sehr langes Auto und hatten auch noch einen Fahrradgepäckträger hinten dabei, damit sind wir dann prompt auf der wirklich steilen Auffahrt zweimal leicht aufgesetzt. Bei einem normalen Auto dürfte es aber kein Problem sein, ohne Gepäckträger klappte es bei uns auch. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen!

Frühling in Imperia

Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen am Hang über Imperia. Die Aussicht ist so schön, das man nur da sitzen will und genießen. Es hat alles toll geblüht,gelbe Margarithen,Jasmin hat geduftet. Allessandro hat uns gut empfangen und einige Tipps gegeben. Die 20% Auffahrt lohnt sich. Eine tolle Umgebung mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten.

Einfach herrlich :-)

Wir haben 2 Wochen (Ende August/ Anfang September) in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus gewohnt. Unser freundlicher Verwalter Alessandro hat uns bei der Ankunft zum vereinbarten Termin empfangen und gab uns viele nützliche und hilfreiche Informationen zum Haus und zur Umgebung. Er war stets für Fragen unsererseits erreichbar. Der Anfahrtsweg zum Haus ist steil, aber problemlos zu befahren. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht, sehr zu empfehlen ist das whalewatching. Strände gibt es viele zur Auswahl. Rundum ein herrlicher Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Enttäuschung

Direkt nach unserer Ankunft erfolgte die Übergabe des Hauses durch den Verwalter Alessandro. Am selben Abend stellten wir fest, daß der Fernseher nicht funktionierte. Nach dem Austausch des Gerätes wurde uns zu unserer großen Verwunderung mitgeteilt, daß es nur italienisches Fernsehen gäbe, obwohl auf dem Dach des Hauses Satelitenschüsseln vorhanden sind und wir bei unseren vielzähligen Ligurienaufenthalten immer deutsche Fernsehprogramme empfangen konnten und wir dies, besonders bei dem Mietpreis, als Standard ansehen. Alessandro teilte uns mit, wir könnten uns mit unserem eigenen Account bei Streamingdiensten anmelden. Wir machten den Verwalter auf die defekten Holzstühle aufmerksam, die durch die Benutzung auf einer unebenen Terrasse natürlich „aus dem Leim“ gehen. Per SMS teilte er uns mit, daß wir im Haus genügend Stühle hätten und diese für die Terrasse nutzen könnten. 2 Tage später standen neue Holzstühle vor dem Tor. Ich machte den Verwalter darauf aufmerksam, daß die Stühle auch nicht für die Terrasse geeignet sind. Nach einer Woche waren wiederum Stühle defekt. Kurz vor unserer Abreise baten wir um einen Termin für die Hausübergabe. Der Verwalter teilte uns persönlich mit, daß keine Übergabe erforderlich sei. Die Putzfrau würde kommen….. Zu unserer großen Verwunderung belastete Alessandro nach unserer Abreise für dubiose Schäden unsere Kreditkarte mit € 250,00. Wir sollten Bettwäsche gestohlen haben, unser Hund sollte eine Fußmatte gefressen haben, wir hätten Stühle beschädigt, die Spülmaschine wäre verstopft und wir hätten Filter der Dunsthaube beschädigt. All dies ist definitiv falsch und wäre bei einer korrekten Übergabe nicht festgestellt worden. So etwas ist uns noch nie passiert und wir werden in Zukunft bei unseren Ligurienaufenthalten extrem darauf achten, wer der Verwalter ist….

Dear Jorg, my job is to rent the houses I manage. I care at the esigenzes of my guestes and I take care the houses. During your stay you asked me a lot of necessity and information. You complained me the tv not works correct but the tv worked good. Only not is cableted for the german tv. In the announce of the house we didn't write german tv but only italian tv. The antennas you nominated are of the nighbours not ours. in the period you stay you continueted to complain for inexistent problems: the chairs of the garden, the tv and the house equipment . You was always very rude and arrogant. We always tried to please you but we canno't accept the many damages you done in the house. You broken the cover toilet, the filter of the kitchen, one moschitos net,3 new chairs of the garden. Also that the chech out we found a radiator and one forniture in the living room dented and the dishwasher clogged. Furthermore we did clean for 20 hours to do came back clean and tidy the house; we didn't found many towels we gave you. I conclude my reply with this 2 observations: - 5 days after your check out you wrote thanking me for my care and asking the house for the month may 2023. I have your whatsapp message in my phone yet but we don't want absolutly persons like you in ours properties. - I have many good reviews on my profile for this and other 20 houses, why don't you have reviews on your profile? Probably because you changed your profile a lot of times for bad reviews !!!

Prachtige ligging, heerlijk huis!

Het huis is prachtig gelegen en sfeervol en goed ingericht. Door de 3 terrassen , die op verschillende niveaus gelegen zijn, niet geschikt voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen of mensen die slecht ter been zijn. De laatste 600 m is een auto met 4 wiel aandrijving geen overbodige luxe. Het uitzicht is schitterend en verveelt nooit!

Spannende Anfahrt

Die Anfahrt ist mit einem VW Bus ziemlich spektakulär. Am letzten Tag haben wir uns in einer der vielen Nadelöhr - Kurven noch die Tür vermackelt. Die Stühle, Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich (Terrassen) waren uns nicht bequem genug. Die Aussicht, die Betten und der Komfort insgesamt waren prima. Sehr gut wurden wir von Frau Di Nauta betreut. Sie gab uns super Tipps und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Sehr angenehme direkte Nachbarschaft links und rechts. Ansonsten schon sehr einsam gelegen. Für Leute mit Gehbehinderung nicht gut geeignet, da sehr viele Treppen zu bewältigen sind. Die Fotos sind nicht geschönt. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Meerblick

Der Blick vom Haus auf´s Meer ist traumhaft. Das Grundstück ist klein, aber es stehen 3 Terassen zur Verfügung. Für Reisende mit Hund : das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und man kann den Hund frei laufen lassen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt zwei Bäder und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. WLAN funktioniert gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Einzig die Auffahrt zum Haus ist etwas beschwerlich, da sehr steile, kurvige, enge Straße, allerdings mit sehr wenig Verkehr. Insgesamt vergebe ich die volle Punktzahl da der Blick für die Auffahrt mehr als entschädigt.

Heerlijke week gehad

We hebben een hele goede week gehad. Het ontvangst van Alessandro was heel fijn en gastvrij. Hij was altijd goed bereikbaar en gaf goede uitleg over de omgeving en stond altijd klaar. Dank je wel Alessandro! Het uitzicht is fantastisch en het huisje was sfeervol en ontzettend schoon. We hebben heerlijk buiten kunnen ontbijten en BBQ-en: We hebben een hele goede week gehad met onze twee kinderen van 9 en 11 jaar. De rit naar boven was de eerste keer even spannend, maar na twee keer geen probleem en prima te doen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein sehr gelegenes Haus (wenn auch schwer zu erreichen: 20% Steigung, enge Kurven, mein armer Fahrradträger…) mit tollem Blick über Imperia hinaus aufs Meer! Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts das Wetter nicht ganz optimal, was im Haus durch die noch vom Winter abgekühlten Wände unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt hat. Die Betreuung durch das Team von Alessandro war sehr gut! Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Location!

Tolles Haus mit sensationellem Ausblick

Schönes Haus, tip top sauber! Perfekt für 4 Personen und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die letzten 600 auf der Privatstrasse (Steigung 20%) sind kein Problem. Nur etwas Bodenfreiheit sollte das Auto haben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und kommen gerne wieder.
