Only a few minutes walk to Las Ramblas, Plaça de Catalunya, and all the most famous touristic attractions!THE SPACE:This 100 m2 apartment is ideal for active couples or families, or people coming for work, due to its excellent location and design/style. There is a bar located near the building, which may occasionally bring a bit of lively atmosphere on certain days. While this is typically part of the local charm, we appreciate your understanding and are always here should you have any concerns.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)

Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)

*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

All the bedrooms have AC, heating and storage space.

The most famous touristic attractions of your neighborhood are the Cathedral of Santa Eulàlia, the Remains of the Roman Temple, Las Ramblas, la Plaça Reial, la Plaça del Rei or Plaça de Sant Jaume.

This area of the city is one of the best for sightseeing, eating and shooping. It is a lively, young and vibrant neighborhood that will never leave you out of things to do. Its central location makes it perfect for people who like to walk. Many of the city attractions are less than a 30min walk from the apartment.
