Regarding access to the gym/spa, you stayed in a privately owned apartment within the resort complex, booked through Airbnb, rather than in one of the hotel’s accommodation units. Access to the leisure centre and kids’ club is therefore not included with this apartment, and this is not listed as an included service in our Airbnb advertisement. However, we understand from your comment that this distinction may not have been sufficiently clear when making the reservation. We will therefore add an additional clarification to the listing to make it even clearer that the leisure centre and kids’ club are not included among the services provided with this privately owned apartment.
