Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr großen privaten Domaine. Die Zufahrt innerhalb der Domaine zum Haus ist gut ausgebaut. Die Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück ist geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage des eingeschossigen Gebäudes ist einfach traumhaft und bietet einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr schön mit z.T. altem Baumbestand bepflanzt. Der geräumige Wohn-Essbereich führt auf eine wunderschöne Terrasse, mit schönen Sitzbereichen. Für architekturbegeisterte ein interessantes Gebäude, schätzungsweise aus den 60er Jahren mit großen Fenstern, die im Wohn-/Esszimmer schöne Ausblicke in alle Richtungen bietet. Es gibt einen wunderbaren großen Pool oberhalb des Hauses mit ausreichend Liegen, ebenso eine Boulebahn.Die Inneneinrichtung und Ausstattung der Küche, sowie Bäder sind geschmackvoll, jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gibt es nur eine Mikrowelle mit Backofenfunktion. Für kochbegeisterte ein kleines Manko. Die Küchenutensilien könnte man z.T. erneuern, aber es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben alle gut geschlafen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war mehr als freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Absolutes Traumhaus mit tollem Pool an wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben das Haus für 2 Wochen im Herbst 2023 gebucht. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum! Wunderschöne Lage am Hang mit Meerblick. Es gibt eine super ausgerüstete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Abwaschmaschine, Toaster ect. Es gab sogar Abwaschmittel/Lumpen und Tücher. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Vom Wohnbereich aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die grosse und sehr schöne Terrasse sowie auf das Meer. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer, wovon 3 ein ensuite Badezimmer haben. Für das 4. Zimmer gibt es ein eigenes Bad auf dem Gang. Duschtücher sowie Bettlaken sind vorhanden. Es gibt einen grossen Pool oberhalb des Hauses sowie eine Boule-Bahn! Das Haus befindet sich an ruhiger Lage am Cap Benat. Zur Domaine hat nur Zutritt wer einen Padge oder Code besitzt. Die Morgenstunden inkl. Sonnenaufgang sind atemberaubend :-). Vermissen es jetzt schon! Wir alle, haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen oder weiterempfehlen. Das Haus bietet wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt und die Vermieter/in war bei Fragen jederzeit und superschnell behilflich!!! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Wir würden wieder kommen!

Das Haus ist super, wunderschönes Grundstück mit vielen alten großen Bäumen. Der Pool ist groß und man hat einen tollen Meerblick. Außerdem war das Haus gut ausgestattet. Es gab alles mögliche! Allerdings war es nur oberflächlich geputzt. Auf dem Sofa und auf den Sitzpolstern der Lounge waren jede Menge Tierhaare. Im Zimmer waren Staubfäden und manche Küchenutensilien waren dreckig. Trotzallem würden wir wieder kommen, da die Lage und das Haus echt toll sind!

Leider war es zu kalt um sich länger draußen aufzuhalten. Uns hätte ein Kamin gefehlt.

Für das exclusive Umfeld und ein Haus in dem Wert wäre ein Backofen und eine Heizung wünschenswert gewesen. Vor allem verstehe ich nicht, wie man sein Haus mit Ikeageschirr ausstattet.

Very surprised by your negative review...... Of course there is a heating system, a reversible air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, a single device to ensure heating and cooling. Perhaps you didn't know how to use it? It's a shame you didn't ask me. And the Panasonic oven is a combination microwave and convection oven, it can grill, bake or be used as a microwave. Again, why didn't you ask me? And very sorry that I bought the plates and knifes and forks at Ikea.........

Beautiful house with pool and sea view

This is a truly lovely house. Located in a private domain within 10-15 minutes walk of a beach and surrounded by nature. The terrace with views of the sea is beautiful and shaded by pine trees. The large pool is also nicely situated in trees and with sea views.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Wir ( Grosseltern, Eltern und zwei Kinder 3 & 7 jährig) haben zwei wundervolle Wochen im Haus vo Frau Otaviani verbracht! Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Viele nützliche Dinge werden zur Verfügung gestellt ( Gewürze, Öl, Nespressokapseln, Bett-& Frotteewäsche etc.) Auf der Terrasse hat es einen Elektrogrill, einen grossen Esstisch und eine gemütliche Lounge. Der grosse Pool und die Petanque-Bahn sind gut gepflegt und wurden von uns rege genutzt! Frau Otaviani war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr herzlich!

La maison est agréable et facile à vivre, la piscine est grande, la terrasse ombragée est fabuleuse, le cadre et la vue sont magnifiques. En 7 minutes on rejoint la plage à pied. Tout est réuni pour un séjour d’exception !

Perfect house, great pool , splendid nature

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. The house lives up to the pictures and is visibly a beloved family home, beautifully and tastefully decorated and well equipped. Little things like spices, oil, wrapping foil , toilet paper were all there and shared! You just fill up the stocks as you use them. We love this approach! Normal coffee maker and Nespresso machine on site! Perfect support from Ms. Ottaviani and a bottle of wine in the (huge) fridge waiting for us.Wifi worked well even for 5 teenagers and one manager. Beds and matresses were good, insect screens in all bedroom windows. The location is very quiet and great if (as we do) you prefer to be in the middle of mother nature rather than in a village or town.( Shop in the domain not yet open in May!) The gardens around the houses are large and sort of blend into each other, which gives you a feeling of an enormous amount of space around you. The pool is very nice and well maintained by a friendly poolman. The small beach of the domain is easily reached on foot in 5 minutes, even uphill. We´ll be back - thank you Mme. Ottaviani!

Une semaine formidable

We have spent a wonderful week in this house and this area. The house is very tidy and very well equipped. It has nice views to the sea. The pool was great for our three 8-13 year old kids. The very first evening we decided we would love to come again. La description de la maison était précise. Tout était propre et très bien entretenue. Nous aimerions revenir… en effet- il faudrait garder cet location comme secret….

une prestation exceptionnelle et rare . au coeur de la nature, vraiment au calme, cette maison a tout pour plaire. Et chose rare elle vient d'être entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de gout On espère pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine.

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre exceptionnel

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison qui est entièrement rénovée et climatisée. Le confort est parfait, des moustiquaires dans toutes les chambres, frigo américain etc. Situé dans un très grand jardin on se sent vraiment au calme sans aucun vis à vis. La piscine est grande en plein milieu de la verdure. La vue est imprenable. Très belle maison dans ce domaine si merveilleurx!. Nathalie Sergent
