All you need is your Bathing Suit...Welcome to Paradise!!!

It's located in a safe neighborhood, 1 block from the beach! This ground floor unit is one of four smaller ground level units on the property. (no one above you). It has a king bed, sectional sofa and a large living room.

Fully furnished, clean, cute, newly remodeled, one bedroom, one bathroom, ground-floor condo with central air conditioning and stackable washer and dryer.

It has a remodeled full- size kitchen with a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It has everything you will need; pots, pans, dishes, coffeemaker, toaster, dish towels, soaps, beach/bath towels (4 of each), beach chairs, There is also a picnic area, just a few steps outside, with gas BBQ grills so you can enjoy cooking the fresh fish you just cought. Has high speed internet and cable with a 42 inch flat screen TV.

Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean.

Located steps away from pristine beaches (to the east), and the Intracoastal Waterway (to the west).

Very clean property. Very good communication with management. Lovely area, great location. Beautiful nearby beach. Manager knew we were traveling w a toddler & brought us sand toys & a high chair!! Miniature golf was great fun.Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Great Relaxation

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well maintained and comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor area for relaxation. The tiki areas are quite enjoyable - great shady retreats. The large putting green is a nice touch. The location is excellent for easy walkable access to the beach, basically across the street.

Wonderful space for a couples needs

Great space, clean with all a couple needs with a washer & dry combo unit, nice kitchen area. Also a fun golf putting area with a common gas grill. We look forward to one day return for area and staying again.

Loved the apartment. Has everything you need. Very clean, comfortable and so glad it is pet friendly. Situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and a plus being close to the causeway. If we come down again next year, we will definitely stay here.

The owner of the property went above and beyond to ensure we were provided necessities for a pleasant stay. 5 STARS. The property was clean and easily accessible for my handicapped husband. We hope to be back soon. We had a great time and highly recommend this property to others.

Exactly as described!

I will tell you the air conditioning, it's amazing and worked great in the 105 degree heat index šŸ˜Š. Perfect location for all of our needs. Grocery stores close, beach across the road, quiet!. I do like to cook when we are away, so I would ask for another pan or two. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the cutest place ever!!! Great location and very relaxing!

My daughter and myself come to the area once a year. This place was perfect!! Considering all of the other properties next to us it was super quiet! I was worried about my barking chihuahua with people walking by...but it was so pleasantly quiet! We were so pleased with the cost. We will love to come back in a few months after summer! Host was very accommodating and polite! Thank you so much!

Location Location Location!

The rental property was well maintained and on a quiet street. It is literally less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Walking either way along the A1A was wonderful as well. Dan has maintained his property well, and was fantastic to deal with. Anything we felt we needed to improve our stay he was willing to provide us with. Check in and out was smooth, and our vacation neighbours were fantastic! We had a wonderful time!

AMAZING

This has been the best place Iā€™ve stayed at period. Dan is a phenomenal host that has his place decked out for you when you arrive. Youā€™re not going to need any supplies because heā€™s already thought of it and provided it. The place is clean, functional and bigger than the pics depict, both the fully kitchen and bedroom are larger than expected. The unit is located essentially across the street from the beach. Just bring your beach chair, bag, book, drinks and enjoy the beach. There are a ton of restaurants within an easy driving or uber distance. In a few minutes youā€™re in Deerfield Beach to the north or Fort a Lauderdale to the south. Although there were other guests in the complex, I never had anything but peace and quiet. Seriously the place could not have been any better. Weā€™ll be back and recommend that if youā€™re considering a place in Pompano Beach, Dansā€™s place is a MUST, stop looking. Youā€™ve arrived!! This. Is. The. Place.
