Sariva Villa CaseSicule - Heating Pool, Beach at 50 m

Villa Sariva is a private villa with a heatable swimming pool, located just 50 metres from a long, unspoilt sandy beach on the coast of Santa Maria del Focallo, in south-eastern Sicily.

It is the ideal choice for guests looking for the sea, peace and quiet, privacy and plenty of space, away from crowded and highly commercialised seaside resorts.

Its location also makes it an excellent starting point for exploring south-eastern Sicily and its beautiful Baroque towns.
THE VILLA

The villa is arranged over two levels: the ground floor and the first floor. The first floor is accessed via an external staircase.

The property can accommodate up to 12 guests and has a total of 5 bedrooms plus a sofa bed. Cots are also available on request for children under 3 years old.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor:

2 double bedrooms;
1 bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined together to form a double bed.

There are a further 2 bedrooms on the first floor:

1 double bedroom;
1 bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined together to form a double bed.

All bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and a private en-suite bathroom, with a spacious shower of approximately 130 cm and a hairdryer.

Kitchen and living area

The kitchen and living area are located on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals comfortably during your stay.

Main appliances and equipment include:

dishwasher;
oven;
microwave;
kettle;
blender.

The large indoor dining table can seat up to 8 guests, with an additional 3 seats in the kitchen area, providing a total of 11 indoor dining seats.

The kitchen's large glass doors overlook the swimming pool, veranda and garden, allowing parents to have a good view of the outdoor areas while their children are playing or using the pool.

Veranda and outdoor areas

The villa features a large veranda of approximately 45 m², furnished with a corner sofa and an outdoor dining area with a table seating up to 12 guests.

It is the perfect place to enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors or simply relax during the day.

The garden features typical Mediterranean plants and two centuries-old olive trees.

Private swimming pool

The private swimming pool features a saltwater filtration system and measures 12 × 4 metres, with a depth of approximately 1.40 metres.

There is a hydromassage area by the pool, as well as sun loungers for guests.

Both the pool area and the veranda are equipped with a digital audio system with Wi-Fi connectivity.

The swimming pool can also be heated on request for an additional charge.

THE BEACH

The beach is approximately 50 metres from the property.

To reach it, simply leave the villa, cross the coastal road, and within a few steps you will be directly on the beach.

It is a long and wide sandy beach with free public access, characterised by dunes and eucalyptus trees.

One of the most distinctive features of this stretch of coastline is its natural and largely undeveloped setting, away from large beach clubs and the facilities typically associated with mass tourism.

The sea generally has shallow, sandy waters, making it particularly enjoyable for families with children.

To make days at the beach more comfortable, Villa Sariva provides guests with 2 beach umbrellas and beach chairs.

LOCATION AND CAR

It is important to know before booking that a car is necessary.

The area surrounding the villa is mainly residential and natural and is not a tourist centre where restaurants, supermarkets, shops and other services are all within easy walking distance.

A car is therefore necessary for grocery shopping, going to restaurants, reaching the centre of Pozzallo and exploring the surrounding area.

The nearest restaurant is approximately 2.5 km away, while Pozzallo, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and other services, is approximately 6 km away.

This makes Villa Sariva particularly suitable for guests who wish to stay close to the sea in a peaceful location away from the crowds, while being able to reach restaurants, services and places of interest within a few minutes by car.

An ideal location for exploring south-eastern Sicily

The peaceful setting does not mean being far from the main attractions of south-eastern Sicily.

On the contrary, Villa Sariva is an excellent base for combining relaxing days by the sea with excursions to discover the surrounding area.

By car, you can reach some of the most important towns and destinations of the Val di Noto and Sicilian Baroque region, including:

Noto;
Modica;
Scicli;
Ragusa Ibla;
Syracuse and Ortigia.

The location therefore allows you to enjoy a holiday combining sea, nature, gastronomy, historic towns and beautiful Baroque destinations, before returning to the peace and privacy of the villa.

POOL HEATING

Pool heating is an optional service and is not included in the accommodation price.

Pool heating must be requested at least one week before check-in.

During the winter period, the heating system is set to maintain the water at approximately 27–28°C. The actual temperature reached may vary depending on weather conditions and the outside temperature.

To reduce heat loss and help maintain the water temperature, the pool must be covered overnight using the provided pool cover.
