Comfortable and modern villa just 600 meters from the beach and restaurants. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. It has two terraces on the first floor and air conditioning throughout the house. Enjoy the private pool and the cozy porch with a barbecue. Crib and high chair included; additional games cost €5/night. Towels and sheets included. Kitchen and bathroom essentials are not provided.

Macaret is a small, quiet residential area with a beautiful sandy beach and a few restaurants. It’s located very close to Arenal d’en Castell, where you’ll find all the amenities and services you need, including restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, water sports, children’s entertainment, and a beautiful, long beach stretching over 500 meters where you can take a peaceful stroll along the fine sand.

Located just a 15-minute drive from the Son Park golf course and the same distance from Fornells Bay, where you can sample one of its famous lobster stews.

Mahón, the island’s main city, is just 20 kilometers away. Restaurants, shops, strolls along its magnificent harbor, and pleasant evenings on its terraces make it a must-visit destination during your vacation.

Macaret, on the north coast, practically in the middle of the island, is one of those coves that takes you back in time, free from tourist crowds and just a few kilometers from the Port of Addaia, Arenal d’en Castell, Son Parc, Fornells, and Mahón.

Please note that some of the furniture, decor, or elements such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season to enhance the guest experience without altering the villa’s functionality.

Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible with explicit permission.

One day before arrival, guests will receive all information regarding check-in, the address, the code for the key box to collect the keys, instructions for self-check-in, and the contact phone number of the villa manager, who will assist you with any issues or questions you may have during your stay.

Please report any broken items to avoid problems for us with future guests.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in the event of any damage.

All hosts of certified legal vacation rentals in the Balearic Islands are required to collect the tourist tax from guests on behalf of the government (€2.20 per adult per night, with a reduced rate after the 9th night).
