welcoming apartment near forums, Capitol, and the ghetto

Enjoyed our stay at the apartment: all sights in the walking distance, many restaurants nearby (including a few kosher ones around the corner). We stayed with two college-aaged children and it did not feel too crowded, everyone had their own space. Full-functioning kitchen, clean bathroom, washing machine -- it was all very comfortable. Sabrina was very kind to wait for us late at night, when we came from the airport and to see us out.

Great Stay!

It was great for my business trip to Rome. Location dead center to all the major sites where you can walk to in 5 -10 minutes such as Coliseum, Circus Maximus, Piazza Navone, Pantheon, Trastevere, Campo di Fiori, and Vatican. It was clean. Very quiet neighborhood, and safe. We had an issue with shower, and staff there fixed it within few hours. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Lovely place to stay in Rome

After having a bit of a hard time locating this apartment, (even though we used the apartment management company's car service that was offered to us) we were able to get into the apartment much earlier than the usual afternoon check in time. That was awesome after flying from the US all night. The streets of Rome seem to wander around into various dead end streets, so finding this place is a challenge the first time. Other than that the apartment was in a great location and we walked miles from it each day, no public transportation needed to get to all the major sites. The shower is tiny! Make sure you pack a bar or two of soap as it is not provided and you want to wash your hands when you get into a place! The upstairs loft bed is reached by climbing VERY STEEP stairs, so make sure you have someone nimble that can get up there. Managing a small child to stay off the ladder is a challenge for the first couple of days as it would not be safe to have them up there...they could fall right off. Very thankful to the fan that was provided as only the bedroom as the AC unit. Very hot in August and need to keep the air moving in the apartment. All in all it was great...just a few things to consider when booking that might be helpful to others in the future.

Spacious Apartment near Piazza Navona

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy apartment. It is near some of our favorite places in Rome. We liked the artsy, quirky decorations. There are a number of bus lines that converge in the piazza just outside the entrance. More than one connected with the main rail station. We did not need the loft bed because there were just 2 of us but the bedroom was comfortable. There are two extremely large lights just outside the windows that make the unit very bright at night. Unfortunately we did not discover how the outside shutters work to darken the bedroom for sleeping until we were leaving. It might be helpful to include a note about how those work. I am over 6 feet tall and the shower while adequate was a little tight. We had some noise at night but nothing terrible. We would certainly consider renting again.

Great Location

This unit is in a great location and easy walking distance from all the sites. The beds were clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen but it was sufficient. The shower did not work well the entire time we were there. It is also extremely small so if you are over 150 lbs you will have a tough time turning around in the shower.

Great location!

We stayed for four days in July with our two teenage daughters. They loved the loft bed. The location was fantastic, close to Campo di'Fiore, easy walk to the Pantheon and right at the edge of the Jewish Ghetto, where we found the most amazing kosher gelato. It was difficult for our taxi to find the apartment, since it's on a tiny alley, but we were met by Emanuele who acquainted us with the apartment and sat down with us to help us figure out where we were and how to get to different sites, find the grocery stores, etc. We rented the apartment in part because we needed to do laundry in the middle of our trip to Italy. The apartment has a washing machine but no dryer, however the drying rack was fine, things dried quickly. Our only two issues were that when we ran the washing machine it blew the power if the A/C was on. We tried to reset the breakers, but it had blown the power for the whole apartment. We had to get to some of our scheduled sites, so we emailed Emanuele and he explained that the apartment breaker box was downstairs, but he went while we were out and reset the power and when we got back all was fixed very quickly. The other issue was that the A/C unit is in the bedroom, so it didn't travel ideally to the living area where the kids were sleeping, but it was cool enough, considering how hot it was outside. Lovely location, great responsive service and really cute apartment.

Worked great for our family of 5 (including 3 teen daughters). Enough size. Great location, walking distance to everything if you choose. Property is difficult to find but host representative Olga was more than accommodating and exceedingly helpful with flat and other recommendations. AC cools bedroom great but struggles to keep entire flat cool but there is a fan to help. Overall highly recommend.

Deludente.

Anche se siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza, purtroppo l'appartamento non rispecchia appieno le foto poste sul sito, noi eravamo in 4 ma la struttura è davvero piccola e sicuramente non adatta a contenere le 6 persone indicate. Il primo giorno non abbiamo potuto usare l'acqua calda e non sempre la casa è stata ben riscaldata. Il divano-letto non si può definire tale visto che il materasso ha uno spessore di circa 3 cm e non è fornito di lenzuola, per dormirci abbiamo dovuto accatastarci sopra i cuscini dello stesso divano. Inoltre, considerando la spesa per le pulizie, sarebbe il caso di A) riordinare meglio l'appartamento e B) rifornirlo di biancheria, scottex, carta igienica, pentole che non siano bruciate e magari UNA bottiglia d'acqua per gli ospiti in arrivo. A parte queste carenze, l'appartamento è in una zona molto comoda e vicina alla maggior parte delle attrazioni artistiche cittadine.

Nuestra estancia ha sido magnífica, el apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario, es muy cómodo y bonito. La situación fantástica, podíamos ir caminando a todas partes, solo cogimos transporte público para ir al vaticano y porque estaba lloviendo. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Great Place!

Our family of 4 (kids ages 11 and 13) stayed here for four nights in July. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. It was very close walking distance to all the places we wanted to see and we were able to walk on foot everywhere we went. There was a nice place nearby where we got cappuccinos, freshly squeezed juice and pastries in the morning to start our day off. The drivers that Weekey set up for our arrival and departure were extremely helpful. we highly recommend this apartment.

Welcoming and nice house

Excellent location near Colloseum and Piazza Navona

This is a great place to stay, the only reason I am not giving a 5 Star is because is noisy at night due to the location. You could hear people in the street and the Tram Is outside the building. Otherwise, is a nice size, close to all turístic places in the centro storico. Everything is very close, 2 little markets, restaurants and Taxi spots. Marta was really nice to letbos drop our bags earlier. Also when you book, the company managing the property can hook you up with a driver for your pick up from the airport, the cost is competitive with UBER or Taxi. They call the property so everything is ready upon your arrival!!

Perfect Rome Stay!

The only regret about staying here is that it was not long enough. Loved the neighborhood and if I am fortunate enough to return to Rome, this is where I will stay again! Perfect place to stay in Rome!

Great, spacious place in the heart of Rome!

Our family of four recently stayed here for five nights and loved it. A rather big apartment with enough space for us not to feel crowded. Emmanuel was great to communicate with and pointed us in all the right directions. The neighborhood was wonderful and we found we could pretty much walk anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable quiet location in the heart of Rome

The apartment was wonderful - clean and cheerfully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work in. The location is superb - everything in easy walking distance. Romina was sweet and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect....

Great and neat place, great location, enough space for 4 adults and kids. The apartment had everything we needed. It is located in a very nice area with a lot of options for groceries, places to eat… walking distance to Metro, bus stop…. If we ever visit Rome again, we would stay there for sure.

quiet, clean, comfortable

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. I liked the location: in the center but in a quiet road. There is a very good trattoria just around the corner and convenient stores closeby. The area is very secure. I highly recommend it.
