Strongyle-Aeolian-style cottage on the beach with beautiful terrace and W-fi

Strongyle is a small villa situated on the beach, perfectly furnished with all comforts. It is surrounded by a large, partly covered terrace with a splendid view of the islands of Stromboli (with its night-time eruptions), Panarea and Salina (with its sunsets).
The house is no more than 20 metres from the beach, so you can enjoy the sound of the sea and is particularly suitable for those who like a quiet but not isolated style of holiday by the sea.
From the house there is a short flight of steps leading down to the beach below. The house is on one floor and consists of a double bedroom connected, through a sliding door, to a large living room with a kitchen wall fully equipped with all appliances (including a dishwasher) and a complete bathroom with shower cabin. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed. Both rooms overlook the terrace furnished with a dining area and deckchairs. On the terrace there is also a service area with sink and washing machine, an outdoor shower (hot/cold) and a gas barbecue. From the terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over Salina to the west and a splendid view of Panarea and Stromboli to the north. The house is equipped with air conditioning/heat pumps, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, smart satellite TV and Wi-fi.
The house also comes fully furnished and equipped with tablecloths, tea towels, pillows, blankets.and a first set of bed linen and towels for each person.

If additional bed linen and towels are needed, these can be provided on request at a cost of €10 per person per change: 1 set = sheets x bed + 3 towels (shower, face, guest). These costs must be paid locally.
A security deposit of € 200 will be requested on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Guests will receive a rental contract with all the details.
