Apartment Lilla, Stresa center, lake view

Apartment located in the center of Stresa, just 10 meters from the pedestrian area, with beautiful panoramic views of the historic center, the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The accommodation is located on the fourth and last floor, WITHOUT ELEVATOR, of a period building; the effort to go up to the fourth floor is then rewarded by the wonderful view that can be admired from the bedroom, the living room and the balcony.
The apartment, about 70 square meters, is very bright and airy, totally renovated in 2017, newly furnished and equipped with every comfort, including a free wifi connection.
The apartment is composed as follows:
Kitchen with hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge / freezer. Plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, blender and juicer are available.
Living room with extendable table, a sofa and a 40-inch smart TV; at guests' disposal also two deckchairs and a table with two chairs, to be used on the balcony.
Bedroom with wardrobe, double bed and bunk bed.
Small bedroom with a sofa bed and a 32-inch TV with satellite connection.
Bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and hydromassage shower.
Available free cot, high chair and table seat for children, to be reported when booking.
A locked room (cellar) is available, which on request can be used by guests for the storage of bicycles or other personal equipment.
Due to a Google Maps error, the apartment is 1,200 meters from the center; actually it is located adjacent to the pedestrian area and only 200 meters from the center, Piazza Cadorna (photo 26).
The apartment is managed with the help of a co-host named Patrizia, a SUPERHOST, who lives a few minutes' drive from the apartment and will be personally checking in and out. He speaks Italian, English and French.
Other things to highlight:
1. Minimum stay 2 nights; in the months of July and August minimum 5 nights, during the Easter period at least 4 nights
2. Consumption, including heating, included.
3. Cleaning, including bed linen and towels, to be paid in cash on arrival, € 30 per couple, over € 60.
4. Upon arrival we require guests a valid identity card or passport, for registration with the competent authorities.
5. Tourist tax: payment in cash upon arrival: € 1.00 per person per day. Children under 6 years excluded.
6. Check-in time is between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm; check-out by 10:00

I declare to be aware that:
- It is NOT allowed to smoke and organize parties or events
- Animals are not allowed
- It is necessary to climb four floors of stairs. No elevator.
- The accommodation does not have private parking; there is a wide one
   public parking at 100 meters.
- It is forbidden for guests to access the attic connected to the
  apartment by a spiral staircase.
The apartment is adjacent to the pedestrian area, just 200 meters from Piazza Cadorna, 400 meters from the lake and from the embarkation for the Borromean Islands and other boat trips on Lake Maggiore.
The supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and other services are located within the pedestrian area, therefore in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and within walking distance.
