From this beautiful Lodge style home, walk in minutes down Galveston Avenue Corridor to downtown Bend. This spectacular home is on an acre of private land at the base of Overturf Butte. The entire lot is covered in beautifully manicured grass with apple, plumb, peach trees and access to a wonderful vegetable garden in summertime. The back yard is fenced with an enormous hot tub and patio for sunny morning breakfasts and afternoon barbecues.

The home has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, private outdoor hot tub, soaking tub, gas fireplace and dual heating and air conditioning units. With 4 king sized beds and 3 queen sized beds, the home can sleep up to 14 comfortably. There are also 2 twin beds in the Rec. room upstairs for children or single adults. The gourmet, country style kitchen is open to the living area with a breakfast nook and small eating bar. You won't have look twice to find what you need as the kitchen is stocked with every utensil you could imagine. I have been running my other vacation home the Riverfront Lodge here in Bend for 10 years now and I know how important it is to have a supper clean and well stocked house for my guests to enjoy.

You can get on your bike or one of the 5 mountain bikes I supply at the house and head up the bike path which starts at the house to Phil's trail head just minutes away or go right down Galveston Ave. to your favorite restaurant or pub or continue through Drake Park along the Deschutes river to iconic downtown Bend. You can enjoy a nice hike right from the house along the Parks and Rec. trail that leads you up Overturf Butte which starts just next to the property.

There is a 55 inch HD TV with blue-ray player in the living room downstairs and a 50 inch HD TV with blue-ray player in the rec room upstairs. Two bedrooms also have TV's. There is a large comfortable sectional couch in the rec room and many cozy couches and chairs in the living area along with a large dining room table and chairs. There is parking for up to 6 vehicles, 3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway.
