Our condo at Lands End is our vacation home. This 3 bedroom/2 bath is just what you've been looking for!! We have added a lot of extra touches so it will feel like home. Take a peek at the photos to see the condo and the beautiful backyard to the Lake!! Your wonderful vacation will start when you open the front door!!
We want you to enjoy your time in the condo as much as we do, therefore we take great pleasure ensuring that the cleanliness, furnishings and all the amenities are what you expect. •• New in February of 2024 , we have upgraded our condo to luxury vinyl flooring throughout….. no carpet!! We hope you like as much as we do. •• There is an elevator (at the parking lot level) for an easy access down to our condo. This unit has everything you will need and some extras with stainless steel appliances, big refrigerator, all cooking utensils, Coffee makers which include a Mr Coffee and Keurig. We supply our condo with lots of everyday spices, sugar, salt/pepper , paper towels, napkins, toilet paper.
There are refrigerator condiments all for our guests to use as well. The linens and fluffy bath towels are provided. There is also a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use. Your stay will include Dial body wash, shampoo/conditioner
and hairdryers in each bathroom. There are full length mirrors on the back of the 2nd and 3rd bedroom doors. The master bedroom has King size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has queen bed and a set of bunk beds with newer mattresses (May 2021 which can accommodate adults ). The unit has beautiful decor with reclining flexsteel leather love seat and sofa, dinning table that ( seats 6) upgraded light fixtures. ••. We have also upgraded the countertops in kitchen and both bathrooms to granite which we think you will like! We have a number of games for all ages so our guests may play and enjoy. The condo has free Wi-fi available for your use. You will be just a few steps away to the pool and boat docks in this lower level unit which steps out of porch to the sidewalk and grass area. There is a photo showing the distance to the pool and boat docks in the display of photos . ••We have a boat slip 12X36 available for our guests . There is a nightly fee. ••. We also will have a basket of beach towels for guests to use. All we ask is that if you use them, please launder, and place back in basket on porch for the next guests to use and thank you!!
We have a screened-in-porch with nice patio furniture, and a Weber gas grill . We have a children’s picnic table ( located in master bedroom closet) so little ones can enjoy their own table. Our porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite refreshing beverage as you watch the beautiful lake sunsets. There is the Market Place Outlet Mall, Casey’s gas station and a grocery store (Dierbergs) less than 5 minutes from the condo.
There are also some good restaurants close by (land only) Pappo’s Pizza, Wobbly Boots, Bear Creek Golf Course and restaurant ( which has a wonderful breakfast & lunch menu) Domenico’s Italian (very good food)which are convenient for your stay and are very good choices. There are many good restaurants on the water ( Redheads Bar and Grill ( open yr round) Shorty Pants, Margaritaville ( previously Tan Tar A Resort) Dog Days, Lake House #13 , Tap n Grill, The Boathouse, Backwater Jacks) just to name a few. Our condo is non smoking and no pets allowed. We enjoy our condo so much, we hope you do as well!! We invite you to give us a try and start your memories!!
