A home away from home ....

Our beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully equipped with tasteful, modern furnishings and will quickly become your favorite place to stay in Sun City, Texas. Conveniently located on a large corner lot of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the large trees and peaceful environment.

Our garden home is full of windows to allow the sun to brighten your day. Beautiful ceramic tile is present through out, allowing for easy maintance and cleaning. The living room, kitchen, and dining room has an open layout, great for visiting with family and friends in a relaxed environment. Flat screen tv's are in the living and bedrooms to enjoy your favorite programming.

The spacious living room with lots of natural light and large windows has ample seating for your friends and family to come visit. But when you just want some relaxing time we have included 2 great recliners for maximum comfort. The recliners and leather sectional sofa are arranged for all to enjoy conversation or watch the large screen TV. This will be your favorite room.

The master suite has an extremely comfortable king size bed with a thick mattress and luxury linens for restful slumber. You will love the two chests that have 3 drawers each. Also in the room is a comfortable reading chair by the large windows that invite you to enjoy reading a good book in a peaceful and relaxing environment. Should you want to watch TV in bed, we provided a large screen flat TV with lots of channels and even a DVR to record or pause shows.

The second bedroom is on the other side of the home. This floor plan offers everyone privacy when you have guests, or invite the grandchildren over for a few days. The bedroom has a luxurious queen mattress and upscale linens. There is a chest of drawers and a full sized closet. Still, there is ample space for the writing desk for the times you need to catch up with computer work or have a quiet space to send a few emails. This room also has a flat screen TV.

Suggestions for Improvement

Property was clean and comfortable. Two suggestions for improvement. 1) The main garage light in the center of the garage ceiling is burned out. 2) The skillets with the red handles/White interior surfaces really need to be replaced. Every thing stuck to the bottom of these skillets. The coatings are badly scratched. Also, a few more dishwasher cleaning "pods" would be helpful. Overall, every thing else was very good. Thank you.

Comfortable and Relaxing

We stayed for the Christmas and New Years holidays and the property was very nice. We were not able to use the Sun City facilities which was OK since the pandemic was ongoing during our stay. The best part was the ability to take long walks in the neighborhoods as well as the many hiking trails close by. Would stay here again if we return to the Georgetown area.

Comfortable home

The house was clean and comfortable and met our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and there were many walking trails to enjoy. We needed to end our trip early and return home due to the Coronavirus. Michael was responsive to our predictiment. Hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our month stay in SunCity/Georgetown. The Del Web community facillities are impressive but our use was limited by our short stay. However, we were able to make use of the nearby Georgetown Recreation Center exercise facillities to compensate.

Quiet and relaxing

The property was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was very clean and furnished nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Downtown Georgetown (a great place to hang out) and a major shopping center were easily reached by a short 15 minute car ride. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice but a little far away

Its in a great spot if you want to be on the North end of the metro area. Its almost an hour from the airport and 40-45 from downtown and 30 from I-35 and 45. It is however quiet and nice.

Comfy and so convenient

Stayed here for 2 months while our home was being built in Sun City. The home was very comfortable and all the Sun City amenities were almost on our doorstep. Homeowners were very responsive when we had any questions.

Beautiful home

This is the nicest vacation home we have ever stayed in, and the location within Sun CIty is perfText.. THe home was fresh and clean. THe kitchen supplies included everything we needed. WE had a nice selection of linens. thank you, we will look forward to our next Sun City visit

Family Fun in Georgetown

What a wonderful place to stay for a week or even several months. Everything from the moment of check in to the day we left was absolutely perfect. The entire property was well kept with brand new furnishings and top of the line bedding for superior comfort. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare our own food, including all utensils and high end appliances. The home is conveniently located close to shopping and dining without hearing the noise and bustle of the city. This Georgetown property is a perfect getaway for a couple or family looking for all the amenities of home with a vacation atmosphere. We are looking forward to visiting this particular property again and again. The owners made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable by providing exceptional customer service from the moment of booking. I would highly recommend this unit!
