La Source
Our largest gîte at 110m2. Two bedrooms and a second upstairs lounge. Sleeps four in 2 bedrooms, sofa bed bed for fifth (child). Free WiFi. Recommended for Families
Ground Floor: Living and dining rooms open area is separated from the kitchen. Comfortably furnished area includes a wood-burning stove. Satellite television and region-free DVD and CD players. Kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds. Additional lounge area with sofa bed. Large bathroom is doused with natural light and with a spacious douche a l’italienne. Separate toilet.
Outside: Terrace with large table and chairs and access to barbecue.

Domaine de Curé lying in middle of the vineyards with views of the Pyrenees offers 3 luxury gîtes with a private swimming pool set in a one hectare estate rich with numerous species of trees. The quality of furnishings and fittings is of the highest standard providing you with every comfort. Within the village of Conques-sur-Orbiel you can find both a café and a restaurant together with a selection of local shops. Supermarkets, gas stations, movie complex and other shopping are all within 5 minutes drive. For sightseeing and other activities in the region, the medieval fortified Cité of Carcassonne is only 10km away, along with the famous 17th century Canal du Midi. Other sites include the historical Cathar castles (Montsegur, Peyrepertuse, Lastours) numerous abbeys (Lagrasse, Fontfroide, St. Hilaire and St. Papoul) and many market towns. The Mediterranean Sea and Toulouse are 45 minutes away.

• During peak season of July and August, rentals are by weeks (1, 2, 3 weeks)
• Weekly prices include electricity, water and bed linen & towels (except pool towels)
• Our changeover day is Saturday. Outside of the peak season or wherever possible we can discuss alternate start dates and/or short stays but in principle our rentals are 3-7 nights minimum
• Extra heating/electricity charges may apply in low season or exceptional conditions
• All payments are 100% non-refundable unless we can re-book, in which case we work with you to return more of your money. We strongly recommended that you insure your holiday on confirmation
