The villa has a spacious living room with open kitchen, lounge area and dining room. Four double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower provide ideal comfort. Two of the bedrooms have a private bathroom. A large equipped terrace (outdoor table, chairs and deck chairs) allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Tizzano. The villa is surrounded by a garden of maquis and laurels.
The property is located on the hill overlooking the bay of Tizzano. The village beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Nearby you can go to other beautiful beaches and sandy coves. The absence of a coastal road helps to make the place unique and magical. Nearby you can visit the Palaggiu menhir alignment, the most important in the Mediterranean. The Cauria megalith site is also a few minutes away: this site has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site list. Sartène, 'the most Corsican of Corsican towns', is 15 minutes away by car; the town of Propriano is 20 minutes away by car. Bonifacio, one of the prettiest natural ports in the Mediterranean, is just an hour's drive away.

Best house for a family

We were two families with one child each. The location of the house was perfect with a pleasant breeze and gorgeous views. The house was spacious and roomy. Both families enjoyed to be together as well as being private. The veranda on both sides of the house made us enjoy the sun and the shade at the same time. The kitchen was fully equipped, even better than what we have at home:) the property was very very clean and pristine. There were two beaches nearby, both exceptional. There were enough equipment to take to the beach, umbrellas chairs etc. Best of all, the communication with the owner was great, she gave all the vital recommendations such as the supermarket etc. Overall we had one of the best vacaion stays! Thanks sooo much!

Très belle maison, spacieuse, très bien bien équipée, très bonne literie avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. En exergue, la terrasse ventilée par le toit ou il fait bon déjeuner et dîner. Excellente réception de Paulette pour la visite de la villa.

Sehr ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. Haus hell und geräumig einfach eingerichtet. Einziger Minuspunkt war der Mangel an Schatten. Das sehr schöne Haus ist leider etwas für Hautkrebs-Kandidaten.Sonst alles i.O.

Très bon séjour au calme

Tout s'est bien passé. la villa est conforme à la description. Très belle pièce de séjour. Vue magnifique. Paulette nous accueille parfaitement et est très gentille. 3 bémols : une chambre à part (il faut ressortir pour y accéder), très peu d'éléments consommables à notre arrivée en dehors de la bouteille de vin et des biscuits(pas de sucre, pas d'huile, pas de pates...) nous sommes arrivés le dimanche après midi donc pas d'achat possible, très peu de papier toilette également, et enfin le wifi n'a fonctionné que 4 heures sur les 5 jours... il y a un problème autre que le vent (explication à notre arrivé)... Toujours pas de barbecue :-( contrairement au commentaire Tizzano est magnifique et très retiré (20 minutes de sartenne) donc calme hors saison. Voiture obligatoire.

Très beau site. Maison extrêmement bien équipée et agréable à vivre.

Le site de Tizzano est magnifique. La maison est très bien avec une vue sur la mer splendide. L'accueil par Paulette a été parfait. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 2 familles. L'environnement permet beaucoup d'activités. Petit bémol : pas de barbecue mais impossible dans cette région à cause de l'incendie. Peut être électrique ou gaz...

Lieu parfait

La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. L'accueil est agréable et bien organisé. La vue est imprenable. c'est un vrai bonheur à chaque réveil. je recommande fortement. mention spéciale pour Mme Paulette qui a su nous recevoir et répondre à nos questions rapidement et efficacement. s.

Excellente location

Superbe villa, spacieuse, bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dès notre arrivée, chaleureusement accueillis par Mme Paulette. La vue est exceptionnelle, la plage juste en bas, et les enfants ont bien profité des espaces extérieurs juste autour de la villa. Tizzano est très tranquille en cette saison (Toussaint), Sartène et ses commerces sont à 15-20 mn de voiture.

A perfect getaway - sea, views and tranquility

The house is perfectly situated, at the very top of Tizzano, looking down on the beautiful beach and across the bay. Very peaceful, as barely any passing traffic. The vast living/kitchen/dining room has beautiful views through every window. The house was spotlessly clean, and every bedroom looked fresh and welcoming. It is simply furnished, but provides everything you would need. The drive is very steep, and parking and driving up it was a bit intimidating at first, but you get used to it. Being at the very top of the hill, it's a steep walk down to the beach, but easily managed in 10 minutes, and quicker for fitter people! We managed with 3 ladies aged over 90! Tizzano itself provides everything you could need - a few excellent restaurants right on the beach, a couple of shops for all the basics, and a perfect, huge beach, with the whitest sand, and bluest sea. Being up high, it is quite exposed, so when it is windy, it is difficult to find a sheltered spot - but that's when the large amount of space inside, and the huge french windows are a particular asset. If it is very windy there are plenty of other more sheltered beaches to explore - we recommend Campomoro. Dealing with Francesca, and arranging the booking was so easy - she was so helpful, and accommodating. Paulina, the lovely lady who cleans the house, and welcomes you could not have been kinder or more helpful. All in all this was a hugely successful holiday, in a lovely house, in a perfect position.

1. corretta la descrizione nell'annuncio con la marginale eccezione della seconda camera matrimoniale separata dal corpo principale della villa 2. la proprietà era sufficientemente pulita ed in OTTIMO stato 3. assistenza telefonica ed in loco da parte della proprietà OTTIMA 4. consigliamo la sistemazione agli amanti della tranquillità e della natura Da evidenziare: - la splendida terrazza con vista sul golfo di Tizzano perfetta per colazioni, pranzi e cene memorabili sotto il cielo stellato - davvero completa la dotazione della villa e molto vivibili tutti gli ambienti interni arredati con cura e buongusto - molto carina la caletta di Bercajo nelle immediate vicinanze - supermercati: Propriano e Pianottoli. Piccoli negozi a Sartene. Attenzione ai prezzi dei piccoli esercizi di Tizzano. In conclusione una vacanza bellissima che ricorderemo sempre con piacere

Villa magnifique - Vue superbe

Nous avons passé une semaine super dans cette villa où tout est pensé pour le bien être des locataires. L'équipement est fonctionnel, la villa est spacieuse et très bien entretenue, le point de vue est magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas. La propriétaire est très gentille, aimable et se met à la disposition des locataires, merci encore pour le lit bébé. Seul regret c'est de ne pas avoir pu faire de barbecue ... L'arrivée a été un peu compliquée aussi pour trouver quelqu'un de disponible pour nous accueillir et nous faire visiter la maison mais vite oublié devant tant de beauté. Pas beaucoup de touristes ce qui rend ce lieux très attrayant. Restaurant " Chez Antoine " excellent, commerces proches et plage superbe. Il faut y revenir pour apprécier encore plus et découvrir encore de nouveaux endroits magiques !

Bellissima casa in un bellissimo posto.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana rilassante, la natura è molto bella e rigogliosa e il posto non è affollato, ideale per staccare dai soliti impegni ed immergersi in lunghe passaggete sulla spiaggia rimanendo stupiti dalla natura incontaminata.

Bellissima casa in un bellissimo posto.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana molto rilassante. Il luogo offre paessaggi suggestivi immersi in una natura rigogliosa, cosa che mi ha permesso di scattare magnifiche fotografie. Ideale per staccare dalla vita quotidiana e rallentare un po i ritmi. La casa di per sé e spazziosa, pulita e bene arredata, dalla terrazza si gode di una vista stupenda sul mare, ed è stata la cornice perfetta per i nostri pranzi. Davvero una bella vacanza!

A wonderful holiday in nature

The house is beautiful, clean, tidy and equipped with everything you might need. The view from the terrace is wonderful. In a few minutes you can reach the beach of Tizzano while in 15-20 minutes you can find other spectacular sites by car. The location is relaxing and perfect for a full immersion into nature. We had beautiful time!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons trouvé une maison avec beaucoup de charme, spacieuse (la pièce principale est très conviviale) , très propre et bien entretenue. La vue est superbe, on ne se lasse pas de regarder la mer, installé confortablement sur la terrasse, la décoration est de bon goût et apaisante, et rien ne manque dans l'équipement. Nous reviendrons certainement profiter de cet endroit magnifique. Pascale P.

Dream vacation for friends or family

This villa sounds nice, but the reality is even nicer. The villa is comfortable, beautiful, and spacious. It is located at the very top of a hill, with an unobstructed view of the Tizzano beach, the gulf, and the sea. The walk down to the beach is 5-10 minutes by stairs, or a shorter drive. Sunsets from the villa are unforgettable. Sartene, the nearest town, is 20-30 minutes by car unless you're very familiar with the road. The villa was very clean and well-maintained. The open-plan kitchen was very well equipped, and the living area spacious enough for 7 friends to relax comfortably. The kitchen/dining/living area has doors to the outside on 3 sides. and so, in the summer, can attract ants and wasps. Francesca, the owner, warned us about this when we reserved. In general, Francesca was very responsive and very helpful before, during, and after our stay. While Tizzano itself is quite small and quiet, its beach is beautiful, and that's where we spent most of our time. Two of our group went on a hike around the island to Campomoro. We tried a good restaurant on the Sartene road called U Sirenu, but we mostly found preferred to cook meals ourselves in the villa while watching the sunsets. All of us loved the place, and some of us intend to go back again. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with a good group of friends or a large family. - Ari B.

Fast perfekt - kleinere Bemerkungen notwendig

Super: Vollständige Ausstattung, von Waschmaschine mit Trockner bis zu genauen Wanderkarten der Umgebung alles da. Sehr ansprechend möbliert und insgesamt wirklich wohnlich und gemütlich, wir haben uns zu 7 wohl gefühlt. Ruhiger Ort abseits von Touristenmassen, zumindest Anfang Juli. Kleiner Laden mit dem Notwendigsten in 10 Minuten Gehweite, 4 Restaurants im Ort. Zum richtig Einkaufen muss man aber 17 km nach Sartene - ist aber schön. Kleine Tadel: Die Entfernungsangabe zum Strand stimmt nicht. Es sind gut 300 Meter und das Haus liegt auf 50 Meter Höhe (dafür sehr schöne Aussicht über die Bucht), also für so schnell zum Strand und reinspringen ist es gerade ein bisschen zu weit. Tw in den Badezimmern etwas muffiger Geruch, wahrscheinlich wenn länger nicht bewohnt. Die Sauberkeit im Detail für den Preis doch nicht optimal (Besteck mussten wir vor Gebrauch tw noch mal waschen), sonst keine Fehler. ansonsten: Die Vermieterin schreibt sehr höflich in gutem Englisch und ist äußerst zuvorkommend, auch kurzfristige Terminänderung soweit möglich ohne Umstände. Empfehlung.
