There are also six bedrooms, all with good sleeping comfort, as well as a large loft under the sloping roof with three additional sleeping places. In addition, there are 2 Weber grills, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 cribs available in the house. In the basement, there is an activity room with air hockey, table soccer, and a game console. You can also relax outside on the large terrace and enjoy the beautiful sea view. The furnishings and amenities make it possible for several families or couples to stay here. It is only about 300 m to the nearest beach. The house also has a power outlet without a fixed cable for charging electric cars. No rentals to youth groups, please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
