Self catering El Nolo for 14 people

The rural house El Nolo is located in the Natural Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas (Province of Jaén-Andalucía) by whose access from the town of Villanueva del Arzobispo by the Tranco road at km 16, an entrance through the valley from the Alto Guadalquivir by a road surrounded by unique and rocky landscapes meandering the Guadalquivir River with open viewpoints to a particularly beautiful and unique landscape in the world from where you can comfortably reach any part of the proposed park, you can see from the picturesque village of Cazorla, Hornos de Segura, Segura de la Sierra and just nine km. the Tranco reservoir whose head is home to a small village with restaurants and souvenirs, hiking trails, hydro-pedals, as well as rafting down the brave river of Gualdaquivir, canyoning, biking ... just eight kilometers from the house. The house is completely isolated and very well communicated surrounded by ancient pine groves and olive groves (right next to the road) without neighbors and overlooking a steep quiet valley.
The house is completely renovated respecting the original origin of its structure based on wooden sticks as well as old lattices. It has two main entrances, one for the kitchen that communicates with the porch on the north side and another entrance on the south side with views of the valley broken by silence, the mountains and in the middle of the river. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms both with double beds and one also with single bed, a bathroom with shower, a large kitchen-living room with digital TV plus satellite, stereo and fireplace that heats the entire house through of the water boiler and pump that distributes to all radiators. The kitchen consists of a plate for gas cooking, a fume extractor, hot water by an electric boiler, an oven with two trays, a pantry for storing food and utensils, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a microwave, a blender, a fryer, all the cutlery and crockery, Washer washer, washer, dryer and other kitchen utensils. We always leave the house with a distributor of oil, vinegar, spices, salt, sugar, bottled water to consume, kitchen roll ect .. On the second floor we have a hall where you can access the different rooms such as a bedroom with a double bed and closet closet just up to the right, in front another bedroom and wardrobe (both that window to the roof to contemplate the stars) next to a living room also with fireplace and TV, or extra bed and an emergency exit or simply to go to the back of the house. Next to the living room another bedroom with windows and views of different landscapes, a double bed with furniture to store clothes and a bunk bed. Right next to it is a large bathroom with a window in the ceiling and a bathtub with jacuzzi and a wardrobe all in a frame in which the old house has been respected, including the wooden railing and floor tiles.
The exterior has garden furniture, large barbecue, a viewpoint to the valley, numerous trees, gardens, porch, large parking, small pool with wooden log solarium, outdoor lighting, free wildlife such as deer, wild boar, fallow deer, foxes, ect ... and a lot of peace and silence.
The entrance is completely paved and the perimeter is fully fenced. We have a crib for babies.
The surroundings are extremely beautiful. The monumental cities of Úbeda and Baeza, which are World Heritage Sites, are 36 km away. From our humble house without great luxuries only to be in the middle of wild nature we give you a happy stay.
