Nestled within walking distance to local shops & restaurants, this West Asheville Bungalow offers classic elegance to your next vacation. Perfect for small groups or families, enjoy large entertaining spaces, spacious kitchen, beautiful covered porches, off street parking & an ideal location just a few blocks to Biscuit Head, Sunny Point Café, West End Bakery or the Isis Jazz Club.
Less than a block to the city bus line & within 5mi of the Blue Ridge Pkwy, French Broad River, and Downtown
The space
Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with large entertaining spaces, formal dining, large refrigerator and stove, and even a washer and dryer! 2 large bedrooms (each with its own full bath) - 2nd bedroom and 2 beds (queen and full).
Everything you need within a 5 minute walk to West Asheville's famous Haywood Road. Enjoy bakeries, restaurants, pubs, clubs, art galleries and more! The grocery store within walking distance, and there is a local farmer's market just a few miles away. The house is near the city bus line and less than 15 minutes to the Asheville airport. Everything you need within walking distance or you can be in downtown Asheville, hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway, or floating down the French Broad River in 5 short miles.
The beautiful Biltmore House is less than 10 miles away!

Access to the entire house. Guests are asked not to enter the attic or basement area, nor should they enter the garage or garage apartment

I am available if you need anything during your stay. I have a cell phone and texting abilities. Lockbox on front door.
West Asheville is an awesome neighborhood. Very walkable and lots to do for any age group. I will try to leave a copy of the latest Mountain Express Weekly Newspaper, that highlights current event and happenings, and I will also leave you some of my favorite destinations!
The neighborhood
Walk to everything: grocery, clubs, pub, bakeries, restaurants, music venues, coffee shops, even the bus stop! If that weren't enough, we are located in a super-convenient location. In minutes you can be on the Blue Ridge Parkway, the French Broad River, strolling the shops in Downtown Asheville, or touring the Biltmore House!
Getting around
Short walk to city bus line. Less than 5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Just a few miles to major interstates
