Hartland View is a first-floor apartment situated within the town of Woolacombe. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a bunk bedroom. There is also a family bathroom, complete with a bath with hand-held shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room, offering a sitting room, a dining area and a kitchen area. Outside, you will find designated parking for one car and a communal garden. Hartland View is superb property in Woolacombe.
Note: Please provide your own beach towels Please note this property has a £100 Good house keeping bond.
For bookings from September 1st to October 3rd 2025, there is urgent scaffolding work taking place at the property, this will impact the views from the property. If you wish to book, the owner is offering a 20% rental discount.

Perfect location

Pros: This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the beach. The property itself was cleaned to a very high standard - kudos as I am very fussy about this. The bedding was soft and the towels wonderful. None of those tiny towels you usually get! Shower was hot and with good pressure. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Shops (small Londis) and entertainment within easy walking distance. You can borrow buckets and spades from the tourist office next door. Cons: The parking was a real issue for us. It is on a steep incline between two other spaces and our (big, older) car simply couldn't make it in there. Space is tight and we don't have park assist. We could smell the clutch whilst trying. There is no 24 hour parking nearby. If it wasn't for this we would surely have booked again for next year but trying to get the parking sorted was just too stressful.

We loved our stay. The property had all we needed, and was well#located near to the town and the beach. All was within walking distance. The views from the property were astounding

Great location. Hosts left a welcome pack which seems to be rare these days. Towels were soft and beds comfortable. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Woolacombe with the family. Amazing views of the long golden sandy beach. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with all the facilities you could want. Will definitely be back!
