We are premier hosts and we pride ourselves in making your stay perfect. Our lovely home is located on a quiet very private cul-de-sac in Boca Raton, you will find a beautiful professionally cleaned and up-to-date house to relax in! The pool is private, large, HEATED, and protected with a child-proof fence (not pictured) for your child's safety. The master suite is furnished with 2 full size beds, a gorgeous master bathroom, walk-in closet, and a large mounted TV with wifi. Also the master has a back door exit to the pool with an out door shower to rinse off. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms are decorated with 2 twin size beds each. The house also has 2 air mattresses and a Pack N Play. The living room has plenty of space to sit and relax plus a 48" screen TV for your viewing pleasure! The house is equipped with wifi/cable, games, and 2 bicycles. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, Keurig coffee, toaster oven, oven/range, and service for 8. Relax in the backyard with patio table/chairs, reclining pool chairs, and a BBQ to grill up some tasty treats! Near , shopping, restaurants, etc. Near The Addison of Boca Raton. and fitness. Short walk to Synagogue Young Israel Kosher accommodations available upon request.

Extremely clean, great location.

Everything was great. The home was spotless when we got there. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I’d be happy to stay again.

Exceeds expectations

The property and house was everything as stated and more. Arrival was easy and we found the house basically spotless. The pool was clean, heated and my grandchildren were in it morning and night. I plan to rent this property again next year.

Best Florida fam vacay

This was a true family trip. Our 11 guests ranged between 3.5-60. We had a great time. The house was beautiful, pics down do it justice. The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing. The temperature was great, even if the weather was in lower 70s outside. We had enough chairs to sit outside and used the grill once for dinner. There were plenty of towels and the owner was very responsive! Would stay again!!

Golf trip

The house had plenty of room for everyone we enjoyed the pool everyone in the neighborhood seemed very friendly close to grocery stores overall good stay the tv was a little difficult to figure out and it seemed a little odd that some of the kitchen cabinets had locks on them but like I said nice house

Great space for family of five - but don't plan to cook

The house was a great space for our family of five. The house was very clean and all appliances were modern. The living room was spacious and a great place for our family to gather. The dining room was also large and we had some wonderful family games there. The communication with the owner or operator was excellent. The one downside was the very limited and worn pots, pans and cooking utensils. There were several smaller well worn pots and pans, and one distorted spatula to cook eggs. I had to borrow cooking pans and utensils from another area family, in order to cook for my family. I recommend supplying a new set of stainless steel pots and pans, and some cookie sheets and muffin tins to improve the rental. Overall I would definitely rent again in the future.

convenient location and quiet neighborhood

The house is DEFINITLY smaller than the pictures and VERY outdated. The Pool is nice but NOT as big as it looks on the pictures. The washer and dryer were SO OLD (owner said they were getting new ones) BUT while we were there... the washer sounded like a plane was taking off and the dryer had to be run twice. The dishwasher was not used by us but over all it is a nice house. The beds are so OLD and the mattresses gave us back pain for days. So uncomfortable. If you want real pictures of the place DM me. I hope the owners replace those sliding doors as they are very hard to open. (those doors are like from apartments in the 90's) and Please DO NOT use the grills. the knobs don't work and you and it catches on fire VERY quickly because of all the build up it has of grease. There are no grill brushes to use for cleaning. The kitchen needs new set of pots and pans because there are only 2 useable ones and everything gets stuck on them from being so scratched up and nonstick has peeled off . So if you want to rent this place make sure you ask the owner about all this things. The house was clean, you can walk to stores etc. all you need is about walking distance. If you want to see real pictures of the place DM me. I would stay here again knowing all the above has been taken care. The owner is a sweetheart and answers right away BUT I really felt that he has been postponing all these repairs MANY MANY times with the excuse that the house is always rented and he does not want to interrupt the tranquility of the renters. Simple, DON'T rent for a week at least and take care of all these things. and replace that grill.... IT IS NOT a year old. that thing is more like 10 years old. I just want people who want to rent this place to be aware and not get to the house and be disappointed like I was to pay so much for a week and end up so upset about it because it was NOT like in the pictures.

Wonderful!

This home was perfectly for my family. Plenty of sleeping rooms and bathrooms! Perfect size for larger families and good neighborhood. I think the best was that the property owner was very communicative! Always available to answer questions not that we had a lot but it was nice knowing if we did he was there! We for sure would rent this property again.

Excellent for families!

My wife, daughter, son-in-law and 18-month-old granddaughter had a wonderful experience at your house. Especially the child safety fence around the pool which was key to everyones' peace of mind. The house was exactly as advertised and very conveniently located. Thank you sooo much and we will recommend the house to our friends.

Great Thanksgiving!

We so enjoyed cooking for family, swimming and playing games over Thanksgiving! The home is spotless, has plenty of beds, and is located near grocery and shopping. Easy drive to beach. The owner is thoughtful and easy to contact. Highly recommend!

I just wanna say that this location is in a very nice neighborhood. My brothers and I have been taking vacations together and I well say this home is one of the best. We had plenty of room to move freely and stretch out. The pool was wonderful. Especially at night. Thank you and just maybe we will be in touch to rent again.

Good find.

Overall, we enjoyed the house. We felt secure the whole time. The backyard was fenced in and the house itself is in a good, secure neighborhood. The pool was an added bonus. I have two kids (4 and 8), and they loved swimming in the pool. Publix was just 5 mins away, and Winn Dixie was 2. You can literally walk to Dixie if you want to. There are many options for a beach most of which are under 30 mins drive. There were small things that we wished were better (i.e. securing the dryer). But, honestly, those were not deal breakers at all. Overall, we had a great time staying at this house.

Clean and spacious

Disappointing first few days

There were definitely some good aspects to our stay, but overall we were disappointed. We were offered the opportunity to check in an hour early, we ended up arriving at about 3:30 (only 30 minutes early). Within a few minutes there was an AC service man there to do an HVAC check up. We noticed immediately that the pool filter was not running, and some sort of green mold/mildew/algae was growing inside the pool and it was filled with a lot of debris. Both the owner and his son were very quick to address the issue, but we did lose the first two days of being able to use the pool. We also had a gardener, and an exterminator come during our stay. This was in addition to the pool service which was desperately needed. So a total of 4 service men coming during our stay. Overall the home was mostly clean, aside from the showers. The shower curtain in the master bath was moldy. There were dirty bars of soap left in the showers. And the bathrooms just didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned. The beds were all made with a fitted sheet and duvet, the beds had no top sheets which was a little unsettling. I’m unsure if the duvet covers on all 8 beds are washed between stays. After dealing with all of the communication to fix initial issues we were late to a family dinner. The first two days I was in constant communication with both the owner and his son. As much as I appreciate the communication, it became daunting to have to always be responding to texts and calls while trying to enjoy our trip. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay due to the issues listed above, and would not return for another stay here. The house itself was a great size, and nicely furnished. Appliances in good condition. But the issues with the pool, service men, and dirty showers/baths were quite disappointing.

The absolute BEST STAY!

I celebrated my 50th birthday on this property with close friends and family. Having used sites like this before pictures can tell another story once you see the property in real time. I must say the pictures don't lie. This is a very clean, spacious, beautiful property located next to all the stores you will need for your stay. Howard (the homeowner) is very helpful and ensures your stay is wonderful. We are definitely staying here again soon.

Guys Weekend

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. House was clean and had everything we needed. Our flight was later than our checkout time and Howard was very accommodating and we were able to arrange it for us to stay later. Highlt recommend!

The Silver Villa is located very close to everything you need. Shopping, restaurants and even a short drive to the beach. We especially enjoy a nice walk or bike ride around the Silverwoods lake located across the street. We provide the bicycles.
We are sure you will enjoy this house as much as we do.

The furniture is new , 2 TV's with many channels and WiFi, beautiful pool and everything you would need to really enjoy a great vacation.

This home is located on a very quiet block with a private, fenced in yard. You will enjoy the peace and quiet to really getaway and recharge yourself. You won't even see or hear the neighbors. Great for families! There is a foosball and many games for together time. Only a short walk to the lake and a short drive to shopping and the beach. Our home is just charming you will love it as much as we do!
