Large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, and 2 car garage in Sugarmill Woods, located 15 minutes from The Homosassa River. Minimum Stay is 30 Days.
This house sleeps 6, with master bedroom with king size bed and large walk in closet, with master bath with walk in shower. and guest room with queen size bed, is located on the other side of the house with a full bathroom right next to it.
House features living-room with a pull out sleeper sofa and a family room right off the kitchen, Dining room has seating for 6, located off the Galley kitchen, which has all appliances, and over the stove new microwave. Kitchen has a pass thru window that overlooks gorgeous the Florida room!
Florida room has 46 inch flat screen TV, and a beautiful view of the natural Green Belt. Nice pavered area outside the Florida room, where you can sit and enjoy nature. Washer and Dryer in garage.
NO SMOKING. Obey Deed Restrictions.
Small dogs ok with owner permission. NO CATS.
Cable and WiFi included.
200.00 Dollar per month Cap on Electric.

Available for SCALLOP SEASON! July, August and September.
This is Florida, and the Demand between November and April is pretty high.
Summer months are good. 2 Week Minimum Stay.

Wonderful stay in Sugarmill Woods!

Dan Cooper is a wonderful host! The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need, and he dropped off more items during our stay! Cypress Village in Sugarmill Woods is a very nice and safe neighborhood. We throughly enjoyed our time in Citrus County hiking, kayaking, airboat rides, the list goes on!

Warm and comfortable

Charming house. Great owner was friendly and very informative about the area and the best places to eat. Near to Walmart and Publix for groceries. We most likely will come back here next year ! This is a very nice house. We have been very comfortable with everything.

Peaceful!

Dan couldn't have been a better host. Texted him to let him know when we were arriving and he met us at the house with keys and info; even had a cheese and sausage snack tray in the fridge! If you love to golf or to just kick back, this might just be the place. Just about 1 hour from Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater, which needs no explanation about things to do. Plenty of diverse restaurants in the Homosassa area to keep you entertained; not a pretentious area!

Place and owner to avoid Hello, Here is a glimpse of our stay which was very unpleasant. Cleanliness of the premises: Upon our arrival we found that several utensils, pots and other kitchen accessories were encrusted with leftover food, dirty and sticky. A smell of mouse urine reigns in the cabinets. In the rooms, the blinds and curtains are dirty dusty and the rods to turn the blinds in question all sticky. Washrooms were not clean (see photo) The bowl was stained with you know what all over the sides as if it hadnā€™t been scrubbed for monthsā€¦ The shower doors were clogged with an opaque, white film. The air return vents are dirty (you can see blackish traces on the ceiling). Interaction with the owner: After informing the owner of the situation, he proposed to come and clean up. Can you imagine he came 2 times! The first time he washed only the bowl. He sent us an email telling us that he had ā€œscrubbedā€ for hour and that the toilet and shower doors were clean. But we found that he didnā€™t touch the dirty shower doors. We sent him a photo proving it. After telling him that he had not washed the doors, he said that he ā€œforgotā€ whether he washed them or notā€¦really! He came back but still hasnā€™t washed. Re-sending of the photo. He was not happy, and he sent a maintenance employee at the location. This employee stayed at our rental location for 2 hours. That is how long it took to remove all the substances that fouled the doors. Two weeks later this owner came knocking and ringing at the door of the rental place where we were. He wanted to know if we were ā€˜okā€™ but also want to know when we would leave at the end of the rental. He told us that his housekeeper was only available at 9:00 amā€¦ We were supposed (pas certaine si suppose) to leave at 12:00. We did not like to be disturbed and we sent him an email telling him not to come and disturb us unless there were major problems and that we would leave according to the terms stipulated in the contract. So he threatened to come with the police so that we need to leave a week before the agreed date on the said contract and told us that he was not going to pay for the days lost for us After discussion with VRBO, the company confirmed that this was not true, that our rental ended on time After discussions with the police in that county, it was false that he could run in and ā€œoust us outā€. Obviously this person has lied to us, threathen us because he felt frustrated..would write more but platform limits.

Relaxing stay

Had such a relaxing time in the fabulous sunroom after painting at our new home all day. Tony even had a lift chair! Thanks for being an accommodating host. Wish we had found this place years ago.

Very clean and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai area. Spent most all our time in there. However both bedrooms were well appointed. Very quiet neighborhood. Is on my list to revisit.

Very nice home in peaceful, quiet neighborhood. All the amenities provided and a beautiful sun room with a view of the back yard's natural habitat. Located within 30 minutes of food, shopping, fun!! Whenever I am in the area, I plan on staying again.
