Just minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment and outdoor adventures, this rural retreat in the Averyā€™s Creek Community is a sanctuary of peacefulness. Along with the horses in the pasture you are bound to see wild turkeys and deer and hear bull frogs on summer nights.
Your Private Hot Tub is on a covered porch with a spectacular view of the mountains from the spacious lounge seats. This spa hot tub features 31 jets and 2 full body seats.

Your fully equipped private bungalow overlooks our private fishing pond and horse pasture. You can take a short hike on the wooded property, fish for trout, bass and brim or plan your day sipping coffee on the porch and end it sitting around a warm campfire sharing stories from your dayā€™s adventure.

This convenient location is ideal for the outdoor enthusiast. Your romantic get-away is located just 10 minutes from the Mountains to Sea Trail, water sports on the French Broad River, hiking and biking at Bent Creek and the NC Arboretum. You are 10 minutes from dining, shopping and entertainment at Biltmore Park and Sierra Nevada Brewery, 15 minutes from the airport, North Mills River National Forest Recreation Area, and the Asheville Outlet Mall and 20 minutes from West Asheville, The Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village, the River Arts District and Downtown Asheville.

Special amenities that can be arranged through the owners for an additional fee include: 1) Horse boarding for up to 2 horses during your stay. We will be happy to take you on a guided tour of some of our favorite riding trails in North and South Mills River, DuPont State Forest or Davidson River Recreation Area. 2) Guided hiking or trout fishing.

Accommodations were great! The notes and holiday decorations were a nice touch. Lovely cabin with a great hot tub and fire pit. The walking trail was very nice for a residential property!

Wonderful peaceful location, perfect little getaway cabin with a wonderful view. The hot tub was excellent and everything was very clean. Only recommendation would be a curtain or something on the back side of the deck where the back neighbor overlooks the hot tub/deck. Otherwise very private. Would love to come back!

This was a gorgeous mountainside escape and exactly what we were hoping for. The views were absolutely stunning, and the cabin was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortableā€”perfect after long days of exploring.The host was delightful and welcoming. We were especially touched by the handwritten welcome note and the lovely snack basket, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.The hot tub was wonderful, and the cabin is the perfect size for twoā€”cozy without feeling cramped. One of our favorite moments was sitting on the screened porch, overlooking the pond. The view was truly breathtaking and so peaceful.We cannot wait to return in the fall. This place is a gem.

The hosts were awesome!!! They had the cabin stocked with everything you could think of, from spices in the kitchen to cotton balls in the bathroom. We had a personalized welcome sign and a handwritten note with snacks. Not to mention extra pillows, blankets and clothes hangers, this was the first cabin we've ever stayed in that had hangers, might be the small things but thats what made everything perfect!!! Also have to mention the three ring binder which was filled with all the local restaurants and main attractions in the area. Hands down these hosts are doing it right!!! Thank you Donna and Curtis!!!

We had a very relaxing stay at the cabin. It felt secluded yet we were close to all of our activities. The weather changed drastically overnight with a low of 17 and snow showers. We did use the hot tub the last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The welcome basket of snacks and the message board were nice touches. We would love to visit again!

This sweet, cozy cabin is perfect for couples, and the owners thought of everything. The queen bed is super comfy, and the generously-sized shower was perfect. The kitchen has a full size oven, gas grill and all the small appliances you'd need. The view across the pond, with green pastures and adjacent mountains is very idyllic and relaxing. Donna was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive to any question we had. As former Vrbo hosts ourselves, we understand how important communication is, and we were very pleased with our stay!! Thanks for everything, Donna!!

Truly one of the nicest places we have stayed! Perfect for a couple wanting a lovely relaxing holiday. We rode mountain bikes daily at nearby Bent Creek. Enjoyed wonderful microbrews in Asheville and relaxed daily in the hot tub. Our hosts were so thoughtful and made the stay so nice. The cabin is clean, private and well situated. The view from the porch is worth the stay! A place we hope to visit again.

Beautiful country setting, owner wrote sweet note and welcome sign and had little touches like, teas, local beers, and fresh flowers. Would have been better if we had arrived during the day, hard to see and steep dropoff hard for large extended handicap van to turn around, but was fine in the morning. Only caught one bluegill, maybe next time earlier in the year.
