The 4th Ave House/Suite Located in Downtown Tucson

This hidden gem is located in the heart of downtown Tucson on historic 4th Avenue. It is the ideal place to relax in pure luxury. There are many unique pieces of artwork and the furniture is from the early 20th century. You will be treated as if you were royalty in this 100-year-old lovingly restored Queen Anne style home built in 1917. There are many stories to be made in this house so you have a few tales to share with your family after your amazing trip to sunny Tucson, Arizona. This true work of art has 1 bedroom/1 bath with an option to add a second bedroom and second bath for an additional fee. The house has private bathrooms for each room. The home is never accessed when rented and is your full rental during your stay.
