This beautifully remodeled unit is located on the main level of a 2 story complex, accessible from a short walkway to it's private entrance. The walkway from the parking lot displays a variety of lush, tropical palms and flowers. The primary bedroom boasts a Cal King bed, a desk, a flat screen TV and A/C. The second bedroom includes 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with view of water, a flat screen TV and A/C. With also having a pull-out sofa in the living room (that is queen size) , the condo comfortably sleeps six.

The unit is fully furnished including a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator & dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer for guests to use. Always wanted to learn to surf? Simply head across the street to the adored “Cove” where numerous surf instructors provide daily lessons to all age groups and skill levels. Or walk one block to Charlie Young beach/Kamaole I and enjoy one of the best swimming beaches on Maui.

As the most consistently sunny place on Maui, Kihei receives less than 13 inches of precipitation annually. There is no better area on the island to ensure a sunny vacation! Kihei is also known for its relaxed, local feel, however The Shores of Maui is only a short drive from upscale Wailea shops and resorts. You can go from beach casual to opulence in minutes!

On-site amenities include a solar heated pool, heated spa with jets, tennis / pickleball court, covered outdoor dining area and modern barbeque grills. One parking stall is included in the rental.

PAYMENT TERMS: 25% of rent is due at booking. 75% of rent is due 60 days prior to check in. Property Damage Insurance fee required for this property. MONTHLY RATES are given a discount, please contact owner for details.

CANCELLATIONS : Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. All monies are forfeited, if a cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date.
