1400 acres of family friendly fun at this beautiful resort in rollings hills, picturesque pines, and farmland. The resort offers tennis, basketball, canoes/kayaks, fishing, swimming at indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, children's pool, fitness room, activity center, miniature golf, a 27 hole championship golf course and more. This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath 1200sqft townhouse features full kitchen, balcony/porch, washer/dryer (common areas), fireplace and more.*
*IMPORTANT NOTE: if you are interested in a week other than the week listed, though we may not be able to offer you the 1200sqft townhouse, we may be able to offer other accommodations for 6 persons including a 650 sq. ft cabin, a 1200 sq. ft villa, a 650 sqft cottage, or a 900 sq. ft timber with comparable decor and amenities.
NOTE: if you are able, you may stay to enjoy the resort amenities the day of check-out or check-in.

Beautiful townhome close to everything

The townhome was spacious, clean, comfortable and close to everything in the Dells. The resort staff was very helpful, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place!

The townhouse was a great space for our trip. The host provided all the necessary information and the check in process was easy. The kitchen had enough to pots, pans and dishes to cook meals. There was a spacious living and dining space. Both bedrooms were large and clean. Lots of activities available on site. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Christmas Mountain!!! Always the best place to stay!!

Our hosts were AMAZING from beginning to end:)) Answered all questions promptly before stay. Townhouse was perfect for the 6 of us. The beds were super comfortable and the upstairs deck off the Master bedroom was a perfect place for mom and dad to get some quiet time alone;)) We have been coming to Christmas Mountain for 20 years and it is our absolute go to. Quiet and only a 10 min drive to the strip.

Amazing space and amenities and we got it at an awesome price!

From check in to check out, our experience was amazing. There were 4 of us and so the space was perfect. Amenities were phenomenal, especially the washer/dryer in the unit. However, I would not recommend for anyone that can't navigate or just doesn't like stairs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Another Great Stay at Christmas Mountain!!

We have been going to Christmas Mountain for over 20 years and it is our Dells go to!! Cindy and David were quick to communicate and very accommodating to our requests. The 2 Bedroom/2 bath offered plenty of room for our family and the mattresses are so comfortable, I actually looked at the brand so I could buy 1 for our home. The Resort offered 4 outdoor pools and the Activity Center was a great way for the kids to spend a few hours away from our Townhouse....which the parents greatly appreciated!! We will be back, as always;) Thank you David and Cindy!!!

Perfect Getaway

The townhome was wonderful & met all our needs, listing was accurate. With a small toddler it was nice to have some space inside to let her roam & a kitchen equipped to make some meals & snacks! The concierge at the check-in desk was helpful if any needs came up. Owners were wonderful with communication & being able to accommodate a last minute request to add a day to our stay. Location was perfect as it isn't directly within the hustle & bustle of the downtown strip of activities but not far at all & shopping (for groceries etc) is just a short drive also. Highly recommend to anyone wanting visit the Dells & not be stuck on the main drag but would rather a country view. There are some activities available & a restaurant at the resort also; however, we did not get to partake in them as we filled our days with activities elsewhere. Would definitely stay again if in the area! Only minor negatives & I'm pulling at straws here: there are stairs & hills, check-in process was kind of lengthy, trash & laundry pickup was not explained at check-in so we didn't know the protocols with it; however, the concierge at the desk is very responsive so this wasn't a huge deal. None of this reflects on the owners/renters as this listing is resort ran. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this resort. We wouldn't have had to leave there are so many things to do. It was a very relaxing vacation. The townhome was as described. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms, the kitchen and washer and dryer. It was a quick drive to get to town. I would definitely recommend this location. The owners were very responsive. Thank you!

Great Experience!

My family (of 4) spent the Christmas holiday at this property and we had an amazing time! The amenities were great. Appliances were modern. The town home was clean and the fireplace actually worked. It has an in-unit washer and dryer which came in handy. And when we needed anything additional we called the main office and they brought it right away. It was perfect. This town home does have stairs and so if you have little ones you have to be watchful. But our stay was great! Will definitely be back!

Good family vacation spot!

Property was nice, beautiful flowers and landscaping. Garbage area was a mess and recycling collection area was not marked well. Our unit had several outlets in the main living area that didn't work and there was only living room seating for 3-4, although our unit was for up to 6. The weekend breakfast buffet at Mulligans wasn't hot and wasn't explained well. (Where to sit, what was included, etc). The activity area was really far from the units which resulted in a lot of driving back and forth. We went to go kayaking at 7:10 pm and were told it closed at 7:30 (in the summer!) there were no posted times for that either. Our unit was pretty well equipped and we appreciated the washer and dryer! The fireworks at the resort were nice too!
