Traditional Asturian house, more than 2 centuries old and stone outside, recently renovated. Located in a rural environment, next to the beach and the mountain and integrated into a dairy cow farm with robotic milking.

11 rooms, divided into 6 apartments, 6 double and 5 double.
One of the apartments fully adapted for people with reduced mobility.
In all apartments, full kitchen with all necessary appliances, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer.
All bathrooms equipped with shower and rain effect, screen, toilet, sink and dryer.
Television in the living room and the rooms. Wifi throughout the premises. Heating with renewable energy.
Social lounge, with full kitchen, grill, fireplace and toilet, for the use of customers.
Laundry area, for community use, equipped with two washing machines and a dryer.
