Christmas Lights

It was easy to locate. The keypad at the door had buttons that kept sticking (worn). There was an odor when we walked in and there were two containers of odor eaters and a can of febreeze. There wasn’t any sheets for the fold out couch, but after contacting the owner some were delivered. It was close to the pool area. It wasn’t terrible.

Cute condo in a perfect location!

My family and I were visiting Branson for a baseball tournament. This condo was perfect! It’s close to the excitement of the town, but remote enough for peace and quiet. The pool is across the road and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Just nasty

We could not get in until 6:00 and there was a glass of water on the nightstand in the guest bedroom. There was makeup on the guest bathroom mirror. Was a dirty sock in the master bedroom by the dresser. The master bathroom sink would spray to the door when you turned it on. There was rubber bands on over the master bathroom floor and in the living room. And fingers prints all over the mirrors in the living room and kitchen. It was not a clean room. And it stunk like cigarettes bad.

Pointe Royal Condo "The Bluffs"

We enjoyed our stay however, the bed in the right bedroom closest to the front door was terrible. It seemed worn down and very uncomfortable. We had to used every blanket we had to soften the mattress up. The blankets were placed under the fitted sheet. Aside from the uncomfortable bed we had no issues. Thank you.

Nice community

The unit was in working order. Could use more attention for cleaning staff or manager how detailed cleaning should be. Bathroom throw rugs need a washing, the shelves dusted and chair cushions replaced or cleaned. I didn’t receive communication cleaning staff was going to be late by 46 minutes. Provide scent free cleaning and scent free air fresheners. Many people have allergies. Checking at the gate the staff was very nice.

Overall I am happy but we did not recieve the correct door lock code and was on the phone for over an hour, then we only had 1 towel in the main bathroom....I am glad we brought beach towels but considering it was on the list of items provided and the owner knew how many people where staying I asumed it would equal...

Mini Vacation

My husband, daughter, and myself stayed at this cozy condo for a long weekend! The photos were exactly what we expected it to look like! I was always given a quick response as well with any questions about the condo! We love coming to Branson and this condo made our vacation so much more relaxing!

Not a good time

We got there and the condo had an old musty smell. My daughters coughed all night. It was pretty dusty so I am guessing that is why. They both have allergies. I thought that they may have been getting sick coughing like that. As soon as we left they would stop coughing. They have been fine since we made it home. The bath tub wouldn’t fill up enough to take a bath. It would turn cold before you could get it half full and the water pressure was very low. The keypad lost power and we got locked out of the condo. It was freezing! We had to get back in the car and wait until someone brought a key. That wasn’t fun with a 6 month old and a 7 year old. We lost our dinner reservations waiting on the key. The location was great! The indoor pool was a lot of fun just really packed since it was Spring Break. We would consider staying at the resort again just not in that unit with all of the issues we experienced.

Mediocre

The check in was very disappointing as we could not get into the door due to a battery not being charged on the keypad. The knob was also very loose. We had to wait two hours to get into our room, and we had an event to go to therefore we had to go to the clubhouse to change clothes get back and rush. Making it to our event late. We feel we should be reimbursed for this night. The rest of the stay was ok.

Love staying at the Pointe Royale

This is our 3rd time staying at this resort property and 3rd different condo unit. This condo was well equipped and fit our family perfectly. Lucked out with some warm December weather and was able to walk to the indoor heated pool. Great view off the back deck as well.

This Place is a Scam- they STOLE our $400 and refuse to refund

We were traveling to the Branson area with our kids on a Friday night and did not make it into town until around 10:00 p.m., which is way past their bedtimes. We were looking forward to getting settled and going straight to bed upon arrival, but the minute we walked in to this rental we knew we could not stay. The property had a terrible smoker smell, looked NOTHING like the photos in the listing, and had clearly NOT been cleaned from previous renters. The bedding was all wadded up in the middle of the beds and even the couch, there were dirty towels on the floor, disgusting bathroom trash in the can, coffee stains on the counter, and chairs placed on the table. Even though it was late at night, I knew we could not stay there. Fortunately, I was able to book us a room at the Anglers hotel for the same price as this rental and, let me tell you- that was a blessing. The hotel was the same price, actually CLEAN, had excellent customer service, and served free breakfast. Despite our late check in to our new hotel, we enjoyed our time in Branson. We spoke with the property manager via text on the night we checked in and asked for a refund. They responded via text that we would have to call the company on Monday, as they were closed for the weekend. It has now been a week and a half and our reservation fell through and NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY HUSBAND'S PHONE CALLS regarding our stay and our request for a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. VRBO SHOULD REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM THEIR WEBSITE, AS THIS DISCREDITS THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY.

Branson stay

We enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with parking. We only had one vehicle, there's no exact way to know where to park #1, it stated you should be able to park 2 vehicles(not sure how that's possible) It seemed like a free for all on parking, sometimes they were all taken and we had to park by dumpster area . Needs a new coffee maker, a faster one for sure but also a programmable one. The dryer needs updated also, handle is taped on and I had to dry my loads twice to get them dry, Other than that, the stay was excellent! Fridge worked great, it was nice and cool inside!

Was very nice.

Our only suggestions would be parking was an issue. We were in on e vehicle but other units had multiple and we struggled to find a place to park. Also on our morning of check out we killed a 2.5 inch long centipede. A call to an x terminator would be a good idea. I’ve never seen one this long. Other then those two things it was a great.

Ballparks of America visit

My husband and I stayed while my son participated in a tournament at Ballparks of America. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was exactly what we needed. About 10-15 minutes from the ballpark, a full kitchen, laundry, and plenty of space! Our entire team stayed within the community and enjoyed some team time at the pool. We used the restaurant several times for quick and easy meals and were pleasantly surprised at the service and quality of food. We had a great experience!

Not sure I would stay again

This property was okay for our trip purpose. We did not spend a lot of time in it. We did not use any of the facilities. It it is in a very large complex, though this location was very close to the golf clubhouse, fitness area and pools. Unfortunately, the floors were very sticky. They were not visibly dirty, but they were uncomfortably sticky to walk on with bare feet. It made me question what else had not been cleaned. The guest shower was also very clogged. After a quick 5 minute shower, I was standing in 2 inches of water. Otherwise, this property was as-advertised.

A WELL KEPT UP OLDER CONDO VILLAGER

It has the old country club feel to it with full golf course, tennis and basket ball courts and an indoor and door pool. This place would have been been premiere places to stay during the 1980s or 90s.The recreation area looked run down and both pools were not clean. I would note bookyour stay around the pool or restaurant .The location is quiet and the staff very helpful.

Very Spacious, great for the family!!

This is the first time we stayed in a condo in Branson, it was very spacious with 2 BR and 2 BA, a balcony that had a slight view of Taneycomo. After booking there was some confusion about making final payment on the due date and after a few attempts to message the owner on VRBO, which I still have not had a returned message, I contacted VRBO by phone who them put me in contact with the managing company of the condo. After that everything was made clear and they were great. Check-in was super easy as well as check-out. The property of Point Royale is super nice, we went during October and they have a super nice indoor pool with a heated pool as well as an outdoor hot tub. They offer tennis courts and basketball courts. They have a large checkers/chess board as well as corn hole to play. We will definitely choose a condo within Point Royale next time we come as the size of the condo made it easy for us to stretch out and not be on top of each other. The location is away from the busy of the strip, is that’s what you want, and allows the back way via 165/265 to Silver Dollar City. A++ property.

Quiet area, no view of water and not a good way to walk down to water, comfortable leather furniture in sitting room, small hot tub, not enough hot water, spider in bed, AC barely kept up, bathroom vanity faucets had too much pressure and wood porch was painted while we were gone and we had to walk through wet paint.
