Our newly-renovated home is located in the enchanting area of Hither Hills, ideal for families or older couples. The large secluded backyard is fully enclosed with a fence and mature trees, providing a quiet and serene setting ideal for relaxing and entertaining.

The newly designed completely open floorplan includes an oversized kitchen, large island, a fully equipped dry bar, a family room with a working fireplace, and a large living room with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The indoor living seemingly transitions to outdoor living with a brand new large deck overlooking the property.

The master suite downstairs includes a brand new master bathroom with a double vanity, glass oversized shower, and soaking tub. 2 additional oversized bedrooms are upstairs with beautiful skylights and vaulted ceilings. There are 2 more brand new full bathrooms as well for a total of 3 full baths, and laundry.

Located just a short walk or bike ride to the beautiful Hither Hills beach with public access and Gurney's Resort and Spa, and a 5 minute drive to the center of town.

Guest bedroom 1: queen bed and baby crib (babyletto hudson crib)
Guest bedroom 2: queen bed and day bed with trundle (2 twin beds)

Seamless indoor/outdoor living transitions into a brand new large deck with an outdoor dining set with seating for 10, a cushioned conversation set and a Weber Genesis Propane grill.

The heated Gunite saltwater pool is surrounded by a blue stone patio and 6 lounge chairs, sectional couch, and umbrellas

Additionally we provide:

Sonos stereo speakers throughout the house and outdoor stereo system

Pets under 30lbs are considered for a $50/day fee but needs to be discussed with owner first.

Wonderful property in Montauk

This is a newly remodeled home in a great neighborhood. The location is ideal on a quiet street only a 10 minute walk to the beach or Gurney's or a 5 minute drive to Montauk. The host is great and everything has been thought of making our stay effortless.

Wonderful stay in Montauk

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The owners are very easy to communicate with and are fast to respond. The property is very clean and as described on pictures. It is stocked with all good quality items from shampoo, paper towels, utensils, plates, beach towels, beach chairs and bikes. Location is great, close to Montauk town, amazing beach and children’s playground in Hither Hills state park. Also close to Gurney’s. One item to note is that pool does not heat up higher than 75 degrees (due to electrical issue) which is still chilly temperature even in warm weather (especially for kids).

Wonderful Montauk getaway

This is a beautiful house and it has a really nice, big yard with a lovely pool. The kitchen is well stocked with various quality appliances. It’s a 10ish min walk to a quiet beach. Maria was easy to contact and helpful. We had a great time!

Sea La Vie is a beautifully renovated and centrally located home just three blocks from the beach and a short bike or car ride to the heart of Montauk. The owners were incredibly attentive to details and equally responsive to questions about the property. We would be very happy to return!

Beautiful, Clean Home in a Great Location

Sea La Vie is the perfect Montauk Beach House. This home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The owner, Maria, was extremely responsive and provided clear instructions as well as easy check-in/check-out. My family had a great time....highly recommend and will certainly be trying to return next year!

Perfect location

This oasis is in the Hither Hills area of Montauk away from the summer crowds and tourists of town. The home is well appointed and clean. The walk to the beach is a little over half a mile and is not for the faint of heart. However, the walk became a distant memory once we descended on the most tranquil and gorgeous beach on the east end. We think we may have counted 10 other people on the beach with us. You would never know 1.5 miles away was a town full of people. The owner was forthcoming about the walk so we were prepared. There is a more gradual entrance to the beach if you go to Gurney's resort which is also about the same distance from the house. The pool setting is beautiful and would have been tranquil had the neighbors not been taking down a small forest and running a wood chipper from 8am-5pm. We could not hear each other let alone the Sonos system that reaches the pool. This was out of the control of the owner and thus not reflected in the review rating. I mention because it looks like the construction will be ongoing for a while and future renters may want to inquire about the progress. The bedrooms were big and bathrooms were equally accommodating. The week we rented was pretty hot and needed to use the window unit air conditioners during the night (not uncommon for Montauk homes not to have CA). They worked well and cooled the house. The washer and dryer were a wonderful bonus. We wanted for nothing and the owner thought of and provided everything, a lot more than past VRBO owners. Each restaurant recommended was spot on. The house was completely turn key. The only reason the rating is 4 and not 5 stars is because the beds were not that comfortable for our family. We range in age from 17-52 and each person agreed that the beds were too soft for our liking and could be a little more comfortable.

Amazing home walking distance to beach and town!

From the beginning, Maria was super helpful and accommodating. She answered any and all questions I had about booking the house very quickly and effectively. The house itself is absolutely stunning. She has a sonos system throughout the house and the backyard which really makes it special when you're going in and out and controlling the music. The house is exquisitely decorated and really made us feel relaxed at all times. The grounds are wonderfully maintained and the pool will no doubt be the staple of my family's memories of this vacation. The saltwater pool was heated which was amazing for slightly colder days or night swimming! The BBQ and deck were amazing as well! The beach is a quick walk down the street and town is just a few minutes driving. The house was absolutely clean and tidy - it really felt like a private resort honestly. She has everything you need, from bikes to inflatable pool chairs! We'll definitely be booking again for our next trip to Montauk! Can't recommend this place enough.

Paradise @Mtk End of the World

Our group of friends had the absolute best time -- spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Walking distance from the beach and late night dance parties at Gurney's. Lazy poolside days and epic grill sessions and fire pit s'more late nights. Can't wait for another weekend at Sea la Vie!!
