Wonderful Entire house in the heart of Silicone Valley

Summary:
In a safe neighborhood & behind our main house with total privacy and detached from us, this new house is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, close to Santa Clara Conversion Center, Levi's Stadium, Great America, Mission College, and many Hi-tech companies. You’ll love my place because of the 2 bathrooms, comfy beds, coziness, full kitchen with new appliances, laundry room with new washer and dryer, very clean. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

The Space:
This very clean and spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom house is a second unit behind our main house. It is detached and totally separated from us, so you will have total privacy. It has 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom), 2 full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a laundry room. A queen bed in the master bedroom and another queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a futon couch which can be easily unfolded to a comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, cooking ware, dishes, and basic cooking sauces. The laundry room has new washer and dryer with detergent provided. Bed sheets and towels are always clean and fresh at your arrival. Whole house is laminar floor, no smoking nor pet allowed. This house truly provides pretty much everything a traveler needs.

The neighborhood:
Quiet, safe, family orientated neighborhood in the heart of Silicon Valley. Many hi tech companies are near by. Walking distance to 49ers Stadium, Great America, and Mission College. Yes, Levi's Stadium is literally next to our backyard :). However, no worries on the noise from the stadium because most of the events finish before 10 pm and you don't hear the noise during the events if you close the doors and windows.

Walking distance to trains and buses. 5 miles from San Jose International Airport, and 30 miles from San Francisco International Airport. Parking is permitted on our drive way. Plenty of parking space on the street near our house as well.

Wonderful Stay

This place and the hosts were amazing! We went to a concert at Levi’s stadium and it’s an easy walk. The inside was very clean and comfortable and our host was so friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect place to stay!

This was our second stay at this rental and like the first time we stayed there we loved it! It was quiet and cozy and the neighborhood is great! I even went for a short run and felt completely safe. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for 49ers games

Short walk to Levi’s stadium and California’s great America! The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The hosts were very helpful with directions and local recommendations. Super accommodating as well. If I go to another event at Levi’s stadium I would 100% come here again.

Wow what an experience. This was the perfect size home for us and our friends. As you walk up to the home your greeted with an array of beautiful plants. The host were so welcoming and made us feel at home.

Comfortable home with friendly hosts

This property sits behind the hosts' house within their impressive and well-tended fruit garden. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen well-sized, and all was very clean. The hosts offered us fresh fruit from the garden, restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, and engaging conversation. Highly recommend.

So very pleasant!

The house was extremely clean and orderly. The homeowner was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations that we needed. His vegetable garden was a delight to see each morning and evening when we left and returned. I highly recommend.

Great location for our planned activities and the house was perfect for our needs.

The hosts are very hospitable and gave us some tips on places to visit/things to do in the area that we were not aware of prior to our trip. The house fit our needs perfectly with a well supplied kitchen, full sized appliances, and washer and dryer. All the amenities we needed were supplied including sunscreen! Nice quiet neighborhood and walkable to Great America and Levi Stadium. Very clean and well maintained.

What a Treat!

This house was perfect for my husband, myself and our 2 teenage boys. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament, so having this house, with easy access, and plenty of room, served as a great home base. We were pleasantly surprised at how close the amusement park was, so spent a half day there! The kitchen is well stocked, which is nice for those of us who like to cook when on vacation. One of the members of the main house was also incredibly friendly, and helpful, and even shared in the bounty of their amazing garden! We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Very nice but not what i expected

This is a mother-in-law house in the backyard of a main home. There is no private entrance and they request you speak with them before you are able to enter the property, so no self check-in. The entrance to the home is right next to the back door of the main home. The owners are amazing and sweet, but they stay in the main house and tend to their garden throughout the whole stay. I was expecting more privacy with the way the house is photographed and posted. Overall the stay was amazing, though i wished we had more privacy.

New clean rental and we loved the quiet neighborhood!

The rental was new and very clean. We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood as it was quiet and safe. We used Uber to get to the shopping areas suggested by Miya which were all relatively close to the rental. Levi Stadium is literally right behind the rental and it only took a short while to walk over to watch the football game that we were there for. Great America is right down the street, also, so it’s easy walking distance. Just one note for anyone that might consider renting this home is that it does not have 2 bedrooms as listed. It can, however sleep 4 adults by using the sofa bed in the living room and there are 2 bathrooms which will be good if 4 people are there. We would highly recommend this rental if you are going to Levi stadium for a game or event.

It will be two bedrooms from Jan. 2018. Arlene booked as one bedroom. I have blocked from booking until Jan. All feature bookings will be two bedrooms. Thanks.

It was a nice place within walking distance of the 49er stadium. Easy parking, nice place. There was no general location to relax outside the bedrooms except for the combined living room/kitchen location, which had a TV. We watched a movie in the provided roller chairs. The owners lived in the main house and had multiple back houses like ours which they rented out. So it was strange to see multiple people walking in and out of the property, but we had our own secure, locked place. The couch bed is terrible as a bed in that you can feel a steel bar in your back if you laid down on it. My friend put a pillow where the bar was in order to sleep. But the owners were nice and gave us advice on where to go to eat within walking distance.

Very Clean, Quiet and Comfortable

We stayed at this property for 4 days. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood was residential and appeared safe. You can see the Levis stadium from the house but that was not a factor for us either way. Lots of plants on the premises which we enjoyed. Linens were good quality. We were very comfortable, the price was reasonable and we would come again. The owner was friendly, efficient, helpful and not obtrusive.

Comfort and Clean

This is the perfect stay when you are planning on attending an event at the stadium. It is super close and a very nice walk to the stadium. The owner is nice and helpful, the home itself was super spacious and very clean and comfortable to be in. I really recommend this place and would definitely book again!

very nice house it looks like they just remodel it. y liked that the owner keeps it really clean, y mean really clean. the host was very nice to us. its location is rite next to the 49ers stadium. over al we loved the house.

Great location

This house has an excellent location that was a convenient drive to all the activities I had planned with family for the weekend. It was great to have two bedrooms and separate bathrooms for each since I stayed here with my brother. It was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in and the owner was friendly while not being overly intrusive. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to the area.
