The House of Above in Pendueles - Llanes

La Casa de Arriba, is a holiday home located in the town of Pendueles, 10 minutes from the town of Llanes and with capacity for 5 people.

It is one of the oldest houses in the village, traditional Asturian style, it is built in stone and now rehabilitated to comfortably accommodate its 5 guests.

It has been respected as much as possible of architecture and carpentry to offer a rural stay aesthetically but with the comfort of the current advances. For this reason the carpentry and its stones take us to this serene and calm rural past and its current comfort allows us to relax and enjoy.

The house has three bedrooms, a double bed with a bed of 1.90 allows the couple to sleep freely. It also has a sunny corridor facing south also has a double and a single room all with super comfortable mattresses.

A large kitchen, with a wooden dining table for six people, has a dishwasher so as not to be distracted by daily tasks and to be able to enjoy it as much as possible, it is equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, fridge and freezer.

Its cozy lounge has a large reclining chaislonge sofa, table and flat tv. The bathroom with a practical shower tray. Without forgetting your table and chairs outside on the porch where you can enjoy the sunsets with family and friends.
