This is a brand new BEAUTIFUL home close to everything! Surrounded on either side by 5 other new homes by the same builder. Light, airy, modern décor with a large great room, immaculate kitchen, sleeps 10, dining for 12. Three bedrooms, two full baths plus outside shower. Three decks, including a roof deck with views of the Ferris Wheel at Wonderland Pier! Full garage plus second parking spot in driveway. Laundry in unit. Central AC, plus ceiling fans in every room.

On Asbury between 4th and 5th. Just 4 blocks from the beach, and 4th street access has a public restroom at Oves. Less than a block from the weekly farmers market and twice weekly children's fair. Shops on Asbury begin at 6th, and Wonderland Pier is on 6th as well. Groceries within walking distance as are multiple shops, restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, skate park, bike/jet ski rentals, etc.

Kitchen has all the appliances and tools you’d have at home (Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, crock pot, griddle, stand mixer, etc). Garage has a grill that can be used if pulled into driveway (takes standard propane), toddler pool, beach cart, wagon, 4 adult bikes, 2 toddler bike seats and helmets, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, games, etc. Four beach tags provided, but others can be bought at town hall on 9th and Asbury.

Perfect location to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer!

Sorry, no senior week rentals. Primary guest must be over 25 years of age.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful time in Ocean City. The home is exactly as listed. So beautiful and charming and well stocked with kitchenware and extra pillows, blankets, beach chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed using the bikes and loved the outdoor space of 2 balconies and the rooftop. Can’t wait to be back.

Great location!

We had a wonderful vacation and so did our kids ranging from ages 4 -14. The house was adorable as well as functional and was close to all the amenities we needed. We hope to come back again next year!

Great family getaway!

Our family traditionally takes a trip every year to Ocean City. This house provided us with decks to gather and relax, room to cook and socialize, comfortable sleeping arrangements, all in a clean, stylish environment central to everything the city offers!

Just Beachy!

I absolutely loved this property for its decor, comfort, amenities, and proximity to everything I love in OCNJ, the beach, the boardwalk, the farmers market and Asbury Avenue shopping! Oh and I need to mention the quiet, friendly neighborhood as well! Excited to return!!

Beautiful home and Thoughtfully set up

Kathy took every step to make sure our stay was comfortable. Everything we needed and more was thought of. From beach gear to kitchen supplies, everything was available. This made our trip significantly more comfortable.

Beautiful home in a great location in OCNJ!

The house is immaculate! Plenty of space for the family. The front deck is perfect and the rooftop deck is great for watching the sunrise and sunset. Kathleen has thought of everything which is a huge help when you are packing for vacation. They provide bikes, chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas and other items you can use. Kathleen is so great to work with!

Perfect rental space

Incredible beach rental! Amazing space - great layout and amenities galore. Owner has thought of everything and more. Very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, rooftop space is amazing! Location was great - a few blocks to the beach, walkable to town, the boardwalk, supermarket, the farmer's market on Wednesdays is a block away. Lots of seating options for dining etc. Owner very responsive with questions and a tiny issue we had was resolved immediately. Highly recommend!!

PERFECT!!

It’s the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, the decks were perfect, location was far enough but not too far from the boardwalk crazy. Parking? Piece of cake with the driveway! We will be back! One tip: it’s 2nd floor but it’s really 3 bc of garage so just know for unpacking! Amazing time! Thanks!!

Great Family Getaway

All the comforts of home. After covid, derailed our original plans, we decided to go back to the Jersey shore. Had a great time and felt at home in this well maintained condo. Kitchen was well stocked Beds and furniture very comfortable. Three great decks (one of which was a rooftop) for sitting around talking, relaxing or enjoying a meal/drink. Bikes and beach chairs/umbrella were a great bonus. Lovely farmers market weekly, grocery store boardwalk and beach all within 10-15 minutes. Great value for all that was included. Homeowner was quick to get back to us with any questions too!

Wonderful, well appointed beach home with everything you need

We stayed at Kathleen's house for 2 weeks and didn't want to leave. It was as if you were staying in your close friend's house. Decor was fantastic, every little detail thought through with bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and even desks for my husband and I to work as needed. The experience couldn't have been better. Our two kids enjoyed the family friendly environment. Three decks to take advantage of - the roof deck being our favorite in the evening to watch the sunset and enjoy the ocean breeze. Truly a fantastic time was had by all! I would love to rent this place again - it would be hard to top . Thanks Kathleen! - The Sommer Family

The house itself is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Not a single bug anywhere to be found, even when stepping out to the balcony! Floors were a little wet upon arrival but we did check in as soon as we were allowed and it was just a sign of being freshly cleaned. The TVs and electronics were also very handy and to have so many things installed and available on them made movie nights a breeze. I cannot stress enough how fantastic the kitchen was for us. It was a major selling point on why we selected this listing and it did not disappoint-with the cabinets fully stocked with all kinds of dishware and tools and the knife block already sharpened and ready for use. There were plenty of little, extra treats for us to discover and enjoy, from candles to games, that made it feel especially comfortable. Would've loved to add a page to the guest book but there were no remaining spaces. The location was phenomenal-we could see the Farmer's Market from the front door and being able to walk to local places was a delight. We were able to visit a local pottery place and the grocery store nearby with ease. The outdoor shower came in handy and though we were super excited to use the bikes, they may need some maintenance. The parking space in the back was also incredibly useful as the spaces out front were often filled up, but it was a bit of a tight fit even for our smaller car and when shared with the neighbors we did have some difficulties. 100/10 Fantastic!
A delightfully cozy den to curl up on the couches and enjoy some good food and fun movies like "Cars" and "Jumanji"!
A magnificent kitchen fully-stocked with all the dishware and tools you'll need to make a delicious homemade meal! We made pizzas, pasta, and pie while we were on vacation! All tasted amazing!
The hallway to the bathrooms and bedrooms! Lots of space so no feeling cramped up ever!

Wonderful beach vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was fully stocked and very clean. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and lots of card games as well as the rooftop deck at night. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes or so. Not too long but thankful we had something our little guy could ride there and back. We did the Pirate Adventure which we would highly recommend if you have a child age 3-7. We also visited the OC water park which was fun. 3 hrs is plenty of time given that there are 3 water slides, lazy river and the little kid area. We heard that there’s an indoor water park in Atlantic City that would be a great rainy day activity. We also would recommend doing a pickup order from Shop Rite in Marmora on Sunday rather than Saturday afternoon when everyone is getting situated in their rental for the week. Highly recommend this rental!

Overall nice unit, being on the top floor was a bit tiring bringing up luggage and groceries. Street parking was challenging at times. The area was very family friendly especially the shopping center and boardwalk.

This house had everything we needed for the week, from numerous sleeping arrangements to a great kitchen to tons of beach items like umbrellas, chairs, and a cart to lug them all to the ocean.
