Lakefront 2 bedroom retreat

Charming lakefront building built in 1903 as a boys gymnasium, converted into 12 separate apartment units in the 1950's. The 2 bedroom unit, located on the ground floor facing the lake with spectacular views. This property sits on a spacious lakefront lot, in a residential neighborhood.

This ground floor unit includes two bedrooms and, 1.5 baths. The master bedroom has a connecting powder room and a queen size bed. The second bedroom includes a full size bed. The main entrance and dining room are sunken, so there is a step to access the kitchen, living room and hallway.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and a fridge.

The patio, directly outside the front door faces the lake. A bar with stools is set outside on the patio for you to sit enjoy coffee or wine, while watching the sunrise or sunset.

Kayaks, paddleboard and canoe is provided for your use.

There is a coin operated laundry facility on site. Laundry supplies are available. A community barbecue is also available for your use, except it is closed during the winter months. There is a fire pit by the lake, you will enjoy relaxing by it, roasting hot dogs, making s'mores. This along with the dock, and bbq are for community use, our guests and our tenants.

The dock (for guests and tenants only) is yours to enjoy the lake for relaxing and swimming.

This is an older building where we have permanent tenants that also live on the property. During the summer our tenants and their guests enjoy the facilities provided. Please be aware if you book you are sharing the common areas and especially during the summer do not mind people having fun on the lake. Again, this is an older building.

The dock, and the common areas are shared by the tenants.
