Blue Water Beach House has everything you could want for a fantastic beach vacation! A private heated pool with a spa, a spacious rooftop deck with sweeping views of the Gulf and Bay waters, a covered pool-side lanai, a high-end kitchen, and so much space to spread out! Centrally located on the Island, you are a short 2 minute walk away from the renowned beaches of Anna Maria Island. Local restaurants and shops are just a short drive away and easily accessible by bike or the free trolley service that runs from the North End of the Island to the South, every 20 minutes from the early mornings until 10:30pm!

Featuring 5 bedrooms with a bonus 6th bedroom/game room-you have plenty of space to comfortably host everyone! The sleeping arrangements include 4 King sized beds, 2 sets of bunk beds beds and the 6th room doubles as a extra area for the kids to hang out and play during the day with a queen sleeper sofa. The home accommodates a group of 12 people total. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV.

Relax, unwind and take advantage of all of the fantastic amenities that are offered, including: a gourmet kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, covered pool-side lanai with outdoor seating, BBQ grill, large roof top deck with incredible views of the Island and tons of room to spread out! Enjoy a family BBQ by the pool, spend the day relaxing by the beach, explore the Island's quaint shops and restaurants-this versatile home offers something for everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Water Beach House! Missy was a wonderful host. She has a great welcome packet to help you find places to eat, things to do, etc. Her communication is great too. The house itself is top notch. Very clean, pictures are accurate. Lots of space for everyone, but do be aware of lots of stairs in case you have anyone in your group that stairs may be hard for. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this house to any friends and family and hope to stay here again ourselves in the future!

The host was communicative, prompt, and friendly. The house matched the photos and description. The location was excellent, close to the beach and not far from a grocery store and a pickleball court. The kitchen was well appointed. The additional entertainment, such as the ping pong table and arcade game, was fun. Travelling by air, we appreciated the supplied beach accessories.Considering the size of the house and the anticipated number of guests, the house lacked supplies. For example, a rental of 7 days had only 5 dishwasher tabs, no dishwasher soap, a two-in-one liquid shower soap and shampoo, and only 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom.

The host was great. A little disappointed in the cooking supplies in the kitchen. Firniture wasnt the same as in the pics. We ended up leaving our clothes in the suitcase because the dressers didnt open and close. No lounge chairs by the pool. We left quite a restock of sand toys because the ones that were there were broken. Overall we had a great trip.

Missy and her property were WONDERFUL. We had three families with 7 kids between 2-7 and it was perfect. The elevated lock on the door leading to pool made us feel extra safe for our kids, the pack and play, high chair, and tons of sand toys and pool floaties got lots of use. Easy one block walk to both the beach and trolley stop-we didn’t rent vehicles nor golf carts and didn’t need to with the ease and convenience of the free island trolley. Loved our stay and had the best time!

We took our adult children and grandchildren for a family vacation. We really enjoyed the home. It was spacious. Everybody had their own bathroom. It was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect. I’m just a very short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach toys for the kiddos.

Very nice spacious property. Great pool and private pool area. All minor issues were promptly addressed by the owner's staff. The commercial arcade system did not work but the owner offered to send handy man to look at it but we did not need it for our stay and said it could wait for repairs. Awesome partial views from the roof deck of both the bay for sun rise and the gulf for sun sets. Hide-a-bed in the game room was uncomfortable (they always are) so we barrowed the open matress from the bunk beds for that room this worked out much better for our son or bring an inflaitable matress and beding if you need this as a small 6th bed room. The open floor plan was awesome for large parties like ours (12) with penty of misc. cups, dishes, pots, pans etc. Easy walking access to the Gulf beach and a nice park on the bay side for younger children. A Publix and Walgreens are a short drive North or trolley ride as well as a couple souvenier shops. There is a free trolley that runs up and down the island but it seemed we always just missed the bus so it was often 20 minutes wait. USE THE APP for the bus line - scan the QR code and install it - this will help you better time the pick ups at the stops as its real time with the trolleys. The water was calm and warm on the gulf beach (unless its stormy / windy) with little cross current -- great for younger kids. The property was a bit pricy but overall made a perfect place for our large family gathering on AMI. Two Thumbs Up!

Great house, great location!

Family of 12- stayed for 7 days for week of July 4th. Excellent location, one block to the beach (easy walk!) Host was great, stayed in communication during the week. House is nice, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the crows nest and the porches. Spent lots of time out there and all safe for kids to play safely. Pool was great and back yard is private and cozy. Lots of extras (beach equipment, paper products, etc). The only thing I’d warn others is that there are A LOT of stairs (all tile-so can get slippery with sand or water) and three upstairs bedrooms (2 king rooms and bunk bed room) are very small- not a lot of room at all, especially if you have more than two people in a room. Overall, I’d highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Beach House

Close to perfect, host was great no dealing w management company, great communication, lots of nice touches through out, very close to beach, we had 3 kids 8,3, &4 months 7 adults from 26-70, house had everything advertised all in excellent condition, pool, hot tub, roof deck, everything you need for beach, kitchen well equipped, garage fridge, big washer dryer, lots of bathrooms, comfortable beds,nice big grill, phone chargers in every room, pickleball around the block, we come almost every summer & this was best one yet!

Gorgeous house, so close to the beach!! 10/10

Me and my family stayed here for our spring break and cannot say enough great things!!! VERY clean and updated. Easy to check-in/check-out, and included instructions for everything. Exactly what we were expecting based on the listing and pictures and more!!! Plenty of room for the large group that we had (including 2 under 2!)It is only 1.5 blocks to the beach but felt less than that, SO close and convient. We had a golf cart to take us to and from just in case, but there is also a beach wagon at the house to help carry things! The overall location was perfect too, close to all the right spots (Publix, Coffee House, Wicked Cantina, etc.)The host is also amazing, checking in with us pre-stay (i had a lot of questions lol) & during our stay frequently and gave us a direct line of communication should anything happen during our trip. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend and would absolutely stay here again!! 3 Thanks so much !!!

AMI Beach house

There were six adults in our 60s that rented this beautiful house. The bedrooms were very spacious, and we all had a king bed, which were all very comfortable. The upstairs rooftop deck was fabulous, beautiful views. The hot tub in the pool were a hit. The location is right across from the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and watch the beautiful sunset at night. Would definitely enjoy returning to this house.

Birthday Week at the Beach

We spent the week at this beautiful and beautifully maintained beach house celebrating a 70th birthday with 12 kids and grandkids. We could not have been happier with the accommodations and all the amenities. Missy was very responsive to any inquiries we had and was most helpful when we left some items behind. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach close. Overall, a perfect week! We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Blue water beach house

The house was a great size for our party of 10. Beach toys and chairs were highly appreciated As noted in the posting, easy access to the beach, playground and other activities. I asked the host a couple of questions during my stay and responses were timely and accurate.

Magical AMI

For a second year we rented this beautiful property for a family vacation in November. As reports of the hurricane came in we became concerned about that happening. Melissa was very forthcoming with information about the state of the island and her home. I'm happy to report that Anna Maria is "The little island that could." The island and many restaurant are open and welcoming guests with open arms. The Blue Water Beach House was as warm and inviting as in the past and the beach picture perfect. The effort and tenacity of the property owners and work crew is to be truly commended.

Outstanding beach house

My husband and I travelled with friends and family last week and stayed in this house. The house was very well maintained, walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants. We can't say enough about the backyard and pool. The landscaping truly made it feel like an island paradise. We spent most of the week swimming and cooking outside. The crows nest offers great views of the bay and the gulf of Mexico. Missy was easy to get in touch with and was very accomodating to our group. I highly recommend this house for a beach getaway. 10 out of 10 stars from our group.

Highly recommended!

Wonderful location, and a short walk to the beach. It is a spacious - beautiful, clean home. Fantastic communication & easy check-in and check out process. If we or anyone we know is going to AMI we will recommend staying here. Definitely a 5 star is my book.

Our extended family of 12 adults and 9 kids enjoyed a week-long reunion on this amazing Island in the summer of 2011. That is when we fell in love with Anna Maria Island. Our family has been visiting this area on a regular basis ever since. Little did we know that we would one day decide to put down some roots here. We always look forward to our time on the Island...walking the beaches, boating in the Gulf, kayaking in the Bay, playing in the pool, day trips to Busch Gardens, Lego land and Disney, and dining at the many great restaurants on this seven mile stretch. The harsh Wisconsin winters drove us to find our own little slice of heaven that our family (three boys now!) could enjoy in the years to come. Blue Water Beach House and Blue Sky Beach House are meticulously maintained and cared for. Anna Maria Island is one of a kind & we hope your time here gives you the same joy it's given us!
