Apartment in the historic center of Carrara, on the second floor of a building in a quiet area and close to the green but within walking distance of every service.
The apartment, recently restored, is composed of a kitchen, a separate living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and exposed beams, a bathroom with marble cladding.
In the immediate vicinity of the house it is also possible to park for free, so it is also convenient to use a car.
A few minutes walk away there are buses to reach the sea and the beaches.
Downstairs there is a mini-market for household goods and food but the nearest supermarket is 300 meters away.
The windows overlook the panorama of the quarries and the Apuan Alps and the Cathedral of Carrara is no more than 3-400 meters.
Carrara is about 6Km from the sea to which you can easily access both the car and the buses (bus station 10 minutes walk from home).
The location is ideal for reaching the nearest cities of art such as Florence (130km), Pisa (59km) and Lucca (60km) but also the splendid Cinque Terre and nearby Versilia.
The marble quarries, unique in the world, can be visited a few minutes away by car.
A cleaning fee of € 30.00 is required on site.
