Giba is a town in southern Sardinia, located in a strategic and central area from which it is possible to reach all the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia: Porto Pino, on Portu de su Trigu, Is Solinas, Porto Botte, Porto Pinetto, Porto Tramatzu, Porto Teulada, the southern coast, Tuerredda, the island of San Pietro, Sant'Antioco, Calasetta, Cala domestica, the green coast up to Bugherru. A very vast vessel, made of splendid sea, culinary art, nuraghi, mines, forests, lakes and countryside. In the village there are commercial premises, bars, pizzerias, tobacconists, post offices, shops, the church, parks, small squares and picnic areas all within easy walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet and orderly, so silence and respect are required at night and in the siesta. The apartment is located in the center of the village, in a building with three floors: a ground floor divided into two mini apartments, a first floor and an attic. The apartment in question is composed of a double bedroom with all the accessories, a common room with a bunk bed equipped that can be used to accommodate a third person or children, a living area with TV and a blind bathroom (sanitary, shower and washing machine). The apartment is equipped with all comforts, with WiFi connection, towels and sheets can be made available if guests request it. Adjacent to the apartment there is a second mini apartment for summer rentals and a courtyard, so the outdoor spaces are in communion. You will have a space to hang out and an area where you can eat outdoors; Guests are requested not to play with the ball in the yard and to smoke outside the apartment in the case of smokers. Parking is outside the property a few meters away (an exception will be considered for motorcycles and bicycles).
It is allowed to use the courtyard for loading and unloading only on the day of arrival and the day of departure. All essential services are within walking distance and the nearest beach is less than 10 km away, served by bus in summer.
