Villa with private heated pool is located in Split ,only 10 minutes driving from the old town.Property is surrounded with a hedge ,has a large garden with lots of olive trees and provides our guests full privacy without any fear of phisycal contact with other people besides your family members or friends.Since 2019 we offer our guests possibility of booking the holiday directly with us so it saves them service fee costs.In Homeaway it is aprox 400 euro service fee that guests have to pay to Homeaway.If you have any doubts or feel insecure about booking directly with us,we completely understand it.
Bedrooms have been renovated in 2018.We have added the possibility of having double bed or two single beds in each bedroom.Every double bed can convert to two single beds if necessary.We reply to your inquiry within 1-2 hours .We have to managed provide a huge discount for all our guests regarding excursions,car rentals,restaurants in the whole Split area.
Recently landscaped beach is 400 meters from the house with a bars,caffes and a promenade.The only golf course in this part of middle Dalmatia is 250 meters from the house near the wonderful little river that also has a promenade 4 km long.
Our pool is 35 square meters big to fit 10-12 people.It is tiled with a beautiful glass mosaic wich makes wreally bright and shiny effect.In cooler days pool has its special cover (blanket)to keep the water warm and is also heated by electrical heater.All the furniture is brand new .There is also a Fabi soccer table in the house that lot of guests found extremely fun and entertaining.
Maybe it is useful to mention that we also own 5 star villa with heated pool in Bol ,in island Brač.House can also accomodate 12 people.Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom.
