Spacious, modern and well-kept, the room for rent is furnished with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed plus a pull-out bed. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV and wi-fi internet and has a en suite bathroom with shower and a small terrace with table and chairs, of exclusive use. Torre Lapillo,with its magnificent and popular beaches like Punta Prosciutto and Riva degli Angeli are only10 kilometers away. A must to visit is Gallipoli and the Natural park of Porto Selvaggio.
 
- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
 - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
