At Mallorca Charme, we carry out inspections before each guest's arrival to ensure that the property is clean, properly prepared and in good condition. These inspections are documented with photographs, and in this particular case, our records clearly show that the bathrooms were clean and ready for your arrival. Regarding the Wi-Fi, the connection was working during our checks before your stay. We would also like to point out that none of the issues mentioned in your review were reported to our team during your stay. Had we been informed, we would have been happy to visit the property, check the situation personally and assist with any necessary adjustmentssolutions. We understand that certain aspects, such as the number of power outletsthe comfort of the facilities, may depend on individual preferences.
